Came here to get my cracked iPhone5s screen replaced. They told me I had 2 options: to get a refurbished iPhone screen for $70, or an off-brand screen for $65. He iPhone5s is pretty old, so I thought this was a bit pricey but I went ahead and asked for a refurbished original iPhone screen. The man behind the counter told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back, my phone looked good but my Touch ID wasn't working. The man told me to reset it through iTunes, which did the trick... ...unfortunately I found many more things wrong with my phone throughout the week. 1) My text messages won't go through (only iMessages and other Wi-fi reliant apps do), 2) My phone doesn't make anymore calls (it won't even ring, and after a moment I hear three beeps, then the phone gives up). 3) Talk-to-text no longer works 4) and Siri doesn't respond. I plan on going back to Cellariris this weekend to have them look at my phone and fix whatever it is that made my phone stop working. Based on other reviews, I'm not expecting them to be very helpful--especially because they had me sign a waiver absolving them of any responsibility in case my phone became damaged just as it had been. I'll update this review after I get their response to my concerns. UPDATE: Of course, he said whatever was wrong with my phone had nothing to do with the screen switch. I asked him to open it up and take a look anyway. He did and insisted nothing was wrong. Interestingly, my phone started working again after he opened it and put it back together! But only for a little bit, and then it was fickle. Long story short, my phone stayed partially in functional until I got a new one. Don't come here. read more

I would put negative stars, but Yelp won't let me. My son broke his phone screen and took it here to have it repaired. The man told him for $97 he would guarantee the fix to not break. He even dropped his phone on the rubber mat to show how his won't break-no kidding, but who has a rubber mat everywhere they go?! We asked for the screen to be fixed and he said there was no guarantee. He became hostile and very condescending since I am a woman. When my husband stepped in he became even more hostile cussing at my husband. I asked him how he can sell something as unbreakable and guaranteed when clearly it is not. The receipt we were given has faded in the short month since the fix so of course he claimed it was too late for the lifetime guarantee. This is a terrible establishment. I've never had an issue with a plastic screen protector. They pushed the glass protector on me and sure enough the glass protector cracked within the month. I went back and they weren't even kind enough to give me a discount. The seller told me that it happens all the time. So they have full knowledge that they're selling an inferior product. I replaced a screen on apple phone and the screen goes black with polarized sunglasses. I have to turn a phone 90 degree to see the clear screen. They don't have a different screen to replace it. They must be using a poor quality products. Beware and avoid them if you can !!! read more

Don't get the tempered glass. I bought it last Sunday and it has a chip on the tempered glass it self. The guy there said he couldn't replace it but if I wanted it done he would give it to me half price. I paid 24.95 for it already. I went for a scream change and ended up getting a gorilla glass to protect my screen. The guy showed me with a different phone how the glass works by hitting it and scratching it with scissor. It didn't break so I bought the product. By the second day my screen was all scratched and breaking off!!! So I went back and told the guy. And he said it would do all that stuff. And tried to sell me a new screen for $25 with a discount of $5 when I originally bought it for $20 at the same place. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Came here because I am personally familiar with the cellairis brand. Have to say this one was extremely disappointing. Requested a premium screen witch is OEM or of OEM quality talked to the manager in advance about the screens he seemed pretty confident so I went for it even tho it was $140. Anyways he showed me the product in advance it looked good, so I gave the okay, he said it'll be ready in 30, I left so he could do his job. When I picked it up it was doing okay paid the guy in cash and he said I couldn't have a receipt. I said okay as long as I'm in the system (I signed paperwork too so I wasn't worried) but when I opened apps it started glitching. I gave it 24 hours and still acting up, I called and the guy said restart it so I did and it still doesn't work, but now my screen is separating (and for those of you who don't know, OEM shouldn't do this) I called today and he starts talking over me, and yelling AT ME! And hangs up the phone. He was saying that he showed me the part and that it was OEM and I would like to point out that this is NOT OEM 1. Adhesive is failing to keep the screen together (witch is known to do so in after market items) 2. There is no polarizer film on the LCD (also not found on after market screens) 3. The digitizer is glitching (known to happen on aftermarket screens due to the motherboard not accepting the screen. Also touchscreen issues is covered on the 7 day warranty) This location is shady he said I can't go anywhere else because I'm not in the system. So what, he just kept my cash and fixed my phone with a worthless screen? read more

We said nevermind, but he kept insisting. He started saying that he can fix it for $100, but we were going to have to get LCD instead of LED. However, he ended up only having LED, so we refused again. He then told us to name a price. My brother asked for $100, and what was his response? "You are fucking stupid. You have no head. This is America." There was absolutely no reason to criticize my 17 year old brother. My brother was never disrespectful. Went to to Puente Hills mall kiosk to replace broken s iPhone 6 Screen. Screen was replaced but home button finger print scan no longer works. When I went back to kiosk for assistance they said they were not responsible. I told them if it worked before they replaced the screen and after it was replaced it doesn't work, then they broke it. They kept on saying that it was not their responsibility. They then told me to reset from iTunes. Went home to do that, and it still does not work. Horrible service, will not recommend. We needed to change a cracked screen for an iPhone 6s Plus. Everything worked like the camera and touch screen before we handed it to them. They did not warn us that if anything happened to the phone, they would not be liable for the damages. They replaced the glass screen in 40 minutes and quoted $80. We tried to turn on the camera and did not work. They tried to fix it and tried other glass screens but either the touch sensor was off or the camera didn't work. In the end, we ended putting our cracked glass screen back on. And of course the screwed up the sensor and camera which was working before they touched it. I asked them where the sign was for the damages or any warnings since we didn't since anything. They just pointed to a stack of papers that was lying face down on the table. They are very rude too and tried to sell us the glass protector for $50 and saying that the camera would not work. At this point, words were exchanged and they did not do anything to accommodate us even though the damaged it and they just blamed the software.. WRONG its the hardware you guys messed up. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. At the same time, they were rude to another lady they were helping. No manners at all or morale. I would not trust them. I went back when I started to break and the guy told me that's it suppose to break and offered to sell the same glass to me I got for $20 for $25 and then said Il give you 5 dollar off discount. Came in to fix my cracked screen on my IPhone 6 Plus for $82. Not even 24 hours went by when my home button stopped working. Came to speak with the person who fixed it and after telling him the problem he stated he was not liable nor could do anything about it. I told him My home button worked before I brought it to him. He showed me a waiver document and stated that he was not responsible for any other parts. I told him where is that document posted because I do not see it up. He stated that I signed it when I got my phone fixed. I told him I did not sign anything. He looked at my phone and said their was nothing wrong with my home button but was still not responsible for it and did nothing about it.
