Took my phone in for a deep cleaning. Turns out my back glass and battery needed to be replaced. The first employee was helpful although the price seemed on the high end. The following days after having my Phone repaired I noticed the camera was blurry and the lens was foggy. Called the store and spoke to the same employee who told me to bring it in. When I showed up it was a different employee and he did everything in his power to blame something other than their store. Called on the phone to get a quote and the guy responded with a reasonable price so I went in. In person, he quoted for a higher price until I told him I called earlier. He then agreed to the original price. He fixed it within 30 minutes and I went home and realized that all of a sudden one of my camera lens became blurry. I came back the next day and told him what happened and he said it wasn't his fault and that he can fix it for $120. It honestly sounded like he was just making up a bunch of stuff in order to get me to pay him for another fix THAT HE CAUSED. I had gone in for a screen repair and was told I was receiving an OEM screen repair for my galaxy s24 ultra. I was even charged extra as they were doing it with the OEM Samsung screen. Had some issues going on with the screen where it started to flicker so I went to UBreakIfix that does genuine Samsung part repairs and came to find out that my screen that was previously fixed wasn't even OEM and was an off brand screen. I, recently, had a bad experience in dealing with this place. My wife and I brought in our iphones (12 & 13) to get battery upgrades, the day before this past mothers' day. The guys helping us seemed nice enough and gave us a couple of different options on the batteries they had and gave us pricing info. In the end, we decided to let them do the work. We got our phones back a couple of hours later, as promised but that's when the troubles began. While my wife's phone is, to this day, in fine working order, mine was not. I noticed I started having problem unlocking my phone with facial recognition. This happened time after time so I decided to check the phone's camera app to see if there was something wrong. Both front and rear facing cameras would not load a clear image. The front facing one would only produce a black screen while the rear one would produce blurry images. On top of that my mic stopped working so I couldn't actually talk to anyone on my phone. It was late in the day and the following day was mothers' day so I waited until that Monday, 2 days after getting the work done, and went back to see about them fixing my phone since they offered a guarantee. Only one of the same guys was there and be tried to play off the problem as it being the result of water damage. He popped out the sim card to try and show me but, to his surprise, could find no water damage that way. He said he had to further inspect it and it would take a couple of hours. I returned with him still claiming water damage but also said he was able to clean the camera lenses but couldn't fix the mic. He offered no compensation as he claimed neglect on my part for this mysterious water damage. I didn't get my phone wet - at all! Knowing this, and that these guys were full of it, I went straight to Apple to see what my options were. It looked like they had some good trade-in deals so I decided to just upgrade my phone as the easiest fix to this. Here's the rub: The rep asked about the condition of my phone and if there was any water damage. The rep explained that for iphone models 13 and older they will not accept any trade-ins,whatsoever, that show signs of water damage. I acknowledged and said there was none that I knew of. In the end, I upgraded my iphone 13 for a 14 and got a nice trade-in credit. Again, it bears repeating, Apple would NOT have accepted my phone, as a trade-in, if there were signs of water damage! After all this I called up my credit card bank to dispute the charge and explained the situation - how they guarantee their work and parts used but wound up causing other issues as a result and would not produce any kind of fix. As of this writing, there hasn't been a final determination from my credit card bank but I hope those of you reading will be wary of doing business here. read more

Zero stars! Only writing this review and keeping short to warn others. I have 3 months worth of back and forth information from these frauds. LOOK at recent reviews and Take it elsewhere. I should have known better. 1. They kept my iPad for over two months! Digitizer was never bad...they said it to me and clearly I could see that. But still marked it as bad 2. Zero communication skills. Never got any updates, text or calls to let me know what they were doing or if my iPad was ready. But every time I called there was No answer, it wasn't ready or they plain didn't know where it was at! 3. Staff according to them is always fired or have left so it's starting back to zero on what's wrong with your item being "fixed" and then no one knows who You are or what is wrong with your item or what had to be fixed. 4. I didn't mind so much the time they took to try and fix my phone, however, when I brought my phone in it worked and charged perfectly fine. I went to go pick up my phone after they were unable to fix it and now it completely stopped working. Left my iPad for charging port to be diagnosed and told it would be ready in 1-2 hours. Called 3 hours later and was told the technician had gone out on an emergency call and was not ready. Next day I called again and was told the charging port didn't work and they did not offer replacement so I could pick it up. 30 min later I received another call saying they could replace port for $150 and I told them to move ahead with it. (Obvious sign communication lacks between their own guys) was told up to 5 days MAX for replacement. 5 days later no call or status so I called in and they used excuse that part manufacturer was backed up but guaranteed it would be ready BEFORE the new year. Again, no call so I called them and was told the manufacturer never sent the part. We are now 2.5 weeks since drop off with nothing done to the iPAD other than leaving it open for DAYS! According to the guy I talked to (Joshua I think) they were tracking the part delivery from the manufacturer and saw continued delays of delivery. That didn't trigger them to even contact the manufacturer which you would think it would have. Then Joshua says I should not hold them accountable for weeks of delays and I should blame the manufacturer. Huge communication issues at this place and based on other reviews it is not the first time it has happened. I would love to tell my customers in my line of work that it is not my fault and my suppliers fault. Oh wait my contract is with my customer not between my customer and my suppliers! My summary of this shop is if you want basic accessories you will be ok. I'm doing this review on behalf of my daughter, a nearby college student, regarding service done on 9/6/2020. Her iPhone X screen was acting really wonky, with green color and eventually turning completely black. The screen needed to be fixed, and I had helped her find a place to fix it. Over the phone, they quoted me $110+tax. She took it there and with tax and a screen protector it came to $140, they upsold her on a screen protector. OK... But it seemed to be working. Until a couple of weeks later it suddenly had evidence of water getting inside the phone. The most exposure to water was that she had left it on a wet counter while she showered. This is a phone that previously was "Water resistant to a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes". To me this was clear evidence that they had not properly sealed the phone during the repair. But when she took the phone back asking either for a fix or a good-faith refund on a faulty repair, they treated her rudely (I witnessed this via a friends phone). In the most Kafkaesque turn, they pointed to their policy that "water damage voids the repair warranty", when in fact the water damage was indicative of a faulty repair. As further evidence of a faulty seal, the screen has started to come apart from the phone chassis, such that you can see light from the LED coming through the corner. And there is now a black line running through the screen vertically, and the screenlock doesn't work. So you can take your chances, get upsold, and get screwed. What terrible customer service, quality, and integrity. My partner got a screen protector here, was told it'd be $30 and then only after it was installed did they have the audacity to say it was also $30 for the installation. The screen protector proceeds to break not even 2 days later, both front and back camera ones. They said they'd do replacements if it broke for $10, so we went back, and lo and behold they had an incredibly rude attitude, stating that they never agreed to that. We reiterated that that was what we were told, and given the fact that the material broke within a week, we at least deserved a replacement for the front and back cameras. They begrudgingly agree, but once a customer comes in behind us, and only having finished the front, he gave my partner the back camera screen protectors, and tells him, "you know what, you do it!" and laughs, and then proceeds to help the next customer. I needed a screen protector for my Note10+, I decided to go to a store and pay more rather than go online because I'm horrible at installing these things. I was greeted by the owner/manager and told him what I needed, he proceeded to install a screen protector without asking me if that was the product I wanted. I was a little thrown off and asked him what he was putting on my phone and he said a tempered glad protector, the best he has. I did not see the package of the product, I honestly dont think he had one because the product was plastic, not tempered glass like he claimed. Then proceeded to charge me $25.
