My iPhone 8 screen was cracked for months so I thought I should go inside and see if there is something they can do. Gavin is the person that was there and he was very friendly. Kinda makes you feel like you've known him for years even though it was the first time. He looked at the phone and said he could fix it and it would be about 10 minutes plus or minus and gave me the price. The price he gave me was more than 50% less than what I was quoted from a licensed Apple dealer in a city 30 minutes away. So I was all in. I left to go order my food next door and in the time in took for my food being ordered to my food being prepared and paid for my phone was done! I am in fact typing this review on what is like having a brand new iPhone! Can't even believe I went so long using this with a cracked screen for so long when I had an affordable and simple solution right here in my own backyard here in Greeneville. Gavin did a phenomenal great job on my phone. So thankful and it was a pleasure doing business at MyPhone. I would recommend and refer to anyone that needs to get their phone fixed. WOW. It was like night and day. Dacoda was the most patient Verizon consultant I have EVER dealt with. He worked with me through all the issues, and even kept the store open late to make sure all of my phone was transferred over after I had such an awful time with my replacement phone. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of and that I left there with a fully functioning phone, happy and no longer frustrated. I was so touched my his kindness and patience. I wish all employees were as good as this guy. He handled all my problems with ease, when at the other store they couldn't even help! However, when it comes to things breaking, I am completely useless and need someone to hold my hand and walk me through what needs to be done. A week ago, my daughter's iPhone just stopped working. She did nothing to cause it. She was just sitting on her bed and it started acting funny then went off altogether and we could not get it to turn back on. We got the phone 5 months ago so I knew it was still under Apple's limited warranty and I decided to take it in. I searched the Apple site for where to go get help. Simply Mac was first on the list. I guess I mistakenly assumed they were just a small apple store, but it's not related to Apple. I show up at the store and explain the situation to the associate and that any repair should be covered under warranty. First thing he does is look at the phone and ask me if I have had the screen replaced. I told him that we bought it as a brand new phone and nothing has been done to it. He actually made a comment about Verizon selling refurbished phones as new. He then looked at the water indicator light (which I had found enough online to have already have done this) and once he determined there was no water damage looked over the sides. He told me the phone was bent and that would void any warranty from Apple. He showed me the bend and I didn't see whatever it was he was seeing. He said he would take it into the back and open it up, but it already looked like bad news. He came back and said there was no damage internally, but because of the bend the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. I asked what the repair would cost and he said $379. I then asked if we could just send it to Apple to see if they would repair it under the warranty. He told me that he has done that before and Apple just sends them back. He said maybe I could call Apple and beg them and they would go ahead and fix it. He was so cold and unhelpful that I eventually took the phone and said that it looks like I am stuck and have no other option but to buy a new phone. He told me "yeah, sorry." I left the store and the next day went to Best Buy Geek squad to get a second option. A friendly man immediately took my phone in the back to run their checks on it. He came out and told me that my phone was going to have to be sent away and it would take 16 days. I asked if it was covered under warranty and was told yes. Out of curiosity, I then asked if there was anything we could have done to have caused this. He told me we did nothing and it was just a dead phone. Lesson definitely learned.

My computer was having a problem with the Power Drive resulting in it not powering on even when connected to the power cord. I gave these people a call and explained the problem. They were able to talk it through with me VERY thoroughly and access what the problem was. I was told they were sending their tech support guy to Best Buy to get a new Power Drive before heading to me to further assist me. About 30 minutes before the agent's arrival, he called me to tell me he was 30 minutes away giving me time to make sure I was home. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after the call, the tech support guy shows up. He was very friendly and very focused. Serious, my house is loaded with Cool stuff but he stayed 100% focused on the job at hand with NO distractions. The agent was able to disassemble my PC tower to run a test on the Power Drive to see if it worked. It didn't. He managed to put a new power drive in and then tested it with my computer. It worked. He then after reassembling it, connected it to a monitor via HDMI cable to see if it worked. It booted into Windows. The Tech Support guy in great detail explained the process of how everything worked. Such great detail that even I could understand it. He was also able to explain a few PC related things I wasn't sure of. The price of all of the above being done was quite reasonable. They delivered same day service with excellent customer service! I cannot recommend this place enough! You can have your devices repaired in the comfort of your own home!
