Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
