The person I talked to said that was probably true and they would call me that afternoon. When i dropped it off i powered it on and showed her that i could use the on screen keyboard just not the physical one. 2 weeks later i had heard nothing so i called and was told they had ordered a part because it would not power on at all. Confusing because it had never had that problem before. I went there with my power cord and checked it and it would not come on. They assured me that they tracked the part to Atlanta and it would be here tomorrow. 2 more weeks they called and said i could pick it up. Got there to find it was not fixed and still would not power on. Yet they charged me 50 dollars on my credit card. When i sent it back to where i bought it they said someone had fried it and to never use them again. Not to mention how rude the guy was about giving no explanation and shrugging his shoulders and walking away.

Also I was to drop off the wrong equipment at a Verizon office and was not given the best service. Andrew happened to call me back and I mentioned they weren't able to help and he had me return to his location and he had Brent call the 1-800 number and got the wrong equipment credited back, made me a label and had them credit me for the amount I paid for the mistaken equipment. They went above and beyond for me and when I need a new phone they will get my business!

He listened carefully, took my phone, asked me to wait. About 5 minutes later he brought my phone back, said he had given port a good cleaning and promised me it would work fine. He charged $20. My iPhone has worked perfectly since then! It had been driving me crazy before, now it's good as new! He could have easily told me to come back in an hour, done the 5 minute cleaning, and charged me $100, I wouldn't have known the difference.
