I had gotten wrong equipment for home internet when I called the Verizon main number and Andrew expertly explained the equipment I needed and upgraded my plan which actually gave me better service plus internet for a minimal amount. Also I was to drop off the wrong equipment at a Verizon office and was not given the best service. Andrew happened to call me back and I mentioned they weren't able to help and he had me return to his location and he had Brent call the 1-800 number and got the wrong equipment credited back, made me a label and had them credit me for the amount I paid for the mistaken equipment. Tell me why I haven't switched carriers? Been a loyal customer for over 30 years, ya think they care? Limited 5G, slow sporadic service, came into this location intending to get hotspot and unlimited data for my husband. Nope, the rep couldn't even get the service to allow him access to our information. Not a good sign. The technology is so advanced these days, but at times Verizon seems to be laggy and not the self-proclaimed leader in cellular service. We'll be shopping when we return from vacation. Even though he understood that there wouldn't be a sale as a result of his actions, he still provided exceptional customer service.
