I will simply copy-and-paste my BBB complaint here. $281.45 and the issue was simply replaced with another. Early in the year, my phone suffered a cracked screen. In early Oct, the screen began to malfunction while everything else worked (Battery took a week to die and I was still receiving non-wifi calling.). Took it in late Oct (28th) to have the Samsung S20 Ultra repaired as I was having a trip soon. After getting it back, calendar and time was wrong, and some settings were changed. I also had no cellular signal and the battery was draining absurdly fast (Had to turn off the phone to even get it to charge sometimes.). Had to do the trip in this condition. After the trip, I took it back and they tried to convince me that it all broke at the same time as the screen (See first paragraph.). Tried to say they'd give me a discount and "only charge me $99" for labor. I simply told them I'll think about it and to return my phone to me. When I got it back, the time and calendar were wrong again, and some settings changed once more. On top of that, the case wasn't even sealed properly. It's clear to me that during repairs, they damaged the phone or messed with it in some way. And soon after getting it repaired the first time, I noticed strange behavior on one of my accounts in another state. Entirely unprofessional and clearly attempting to get more money out of me for a problem they caused. Or maybe even did on purpose for profit. Hopefully this gets enough attention that people are warned away. There's a lot of fake reviews on the google page that can trick others like me if you don't dig deep enough. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I called Cellairis on 8-14-2021 for a quote on having my Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite screen repaired with $80 part I provided that was still sealed in bubble wrap and had been enclosed in a styrofoam parcel after being quoted $40 labor from The Fix at the North Star Mall. I told the tech that I do not mind paying slightly more to spare my the drive to the mall and was told they could do it for $45-$50. In retrospect, this was a regrettable decision. Fast forward to my coming to the store to drop off my device and part. Despite our past conversation which both model and quote range was disclosed, the manager decided it appropriate to increase the cost to a whopping $125 under the pretense of their assuming risk which is nonsensical considering they had me sign a liability waiver (see images). Edit: I forgot to mention the manager claimed I did not speak to their tech. I described our conversation in detail to his reply, "That's weird." Included the call log screenshot to add to this alleged "mystery" of a tech I didn't speak to... Apparently. /s At that point, I contested this labor price as unreasonable as considering the cost of the part it would be less expensive to have purchased a new one. The manager then stated the lowest they could go down was $75 mind you that is 50% higher than the original quote I was given over the phone. Since I had driven down to Selma and just want my tablet fixed, I decided to bite the bullet. Later, I receive a call that my tablet is ready for pickup and they would be open at noon the next day but this was not the case. We arrived at Walmart at approximately 12:40 pm but the store was not yet open which, in my opinion, is another mark against their professionalism. Finally, at about 12:55 pm, the store was opened and I was able to retrieve my tablet. As Billy May's would have said.. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! Unbeknownst to me, the technicians did not even bother to validate their work with the excuse being they did not have a USB-C charger. I was a bit surprised that a cell phone repair store didn't have a very common charger type. Despite their ethical and punctuality issues, surely they would have succeeded in the bare minimum metric for their service by successfully repairing my device? I was confident that they could not have screwed that up. Right? WRONG! After arriving home and plugging in my device, to my horror I find a huge diagonal crack on the screen. One of my primary uses of this tablet is creating pixel art and now one can't really do that with a corner of dead pixels on the screen. Just my luck and all I have Cellairis to thank for nothing. After this discovery, I afforded these bait and switch artists an opportunity to save face by providing me a refund to which they declined. Now, my only recourse is to open a dispute with my credit card company, take the L for the damaged part, and buy a new tablet. By far, this has been the most disastrously bad service I have EVER received for an electronics "repair". It is my sincere hope that other prospective customers see past the suspiciously positive reviews and save themselves a headache later. Cellairis is super sketch! Edit: As if I needed any further testimony to the incompetence of Cellairis but I just installed me second replacement screen (first was the one they broke) and had my tablet up and running in less than half an hour. I can't believe that I wasted my time with them when I could have done it myself in record time. If you need a tablet repair, don't make the mistake I did using Cellairis. Update: Called today and talked to Sam. He stepped up and fixed the home button issue that the other employee broke. He listened and asked permission before doing anything. We are going to have to send the phone to an out of state repair place because no one local seems to be able to fix this particular issue. read more

UPDATE- Third time coming back and I was assured it would be fixed, this time. After handing my phone over, I was advised that my home button would be repaired upon removing my review. Stood my ground and then was told that my home button would work but the fingerprint would not and there's no way to fix it. Upsetting to say the least. Got my screen repaired and now my home button doesn't work and suddenly neither does their business phone! read more

I bought a phone case 3 days ago; the receipts says refunds and exchanges allowed within 14 days. So I went to return the case due to it not fitting. The representative stated since it is not a Cellairis case that no refund was allowed. After I asked why, since it was not on any display, he showed me a link on the emailed receipt that you can click on taking to to another website stating Cellairis is a consignment shop as well and can not refund cases that they did not make. After clearly telling the gentleman that after the holidays I am literally about to flip out he assured me there must be something to evenly exchange this. He was calm and respectful but Cellairis is a bit of a scam artist company! Don't buy unless you literally have no other choice!! read more

Service was fast, 1 day repair. I had a Iphone 6 plus's battery replaced, lasted only 6 months. I decided not to send it back for repair, since it was $80. I decided to order the entire battery replacement kit for $15 and replaced myself. I found that the battery was not mounted per Apple spec and the outer glass gasket was not replaced. read more

I have conducted business with Cellaris in Shertz Texas for a few years now. They are my go to for tablet and phone repairs for the company I work for. I just got two iPhones fixed recently. John did a great job of diagnosing each phone and finding the issues each phone had, including issues I missed. Although one phone did have a discrepancy and I had to bring it back, John took exceptional care of us by escalating the issue in a timely manner and fixed the phone completely as well as kept me updated on the status. Just brought my daughter in ... Took 130 -630 to get phone back we check in 3 times with the time they gave us for it to be done and they never called to let us know it was done. She is 18 working her first job ,new cell phone ( that broke) - she was overcharged on her quote , and her screen is popping off an hour later ,with the phone the screen timing out !! After he said that I was like great here we go but no he said I will show you the part when you come in and if you pay for it since I am already in the phone I will fix for you. Do NOT go to. The guy was late simply opening the store. He told me only an hour to fix an iPad screen. That hour became an hour and a half, well would have had it actually been ready. He said he'd call when ready, after two and a half hours I went back to find out what was going on because I hadn't received a call. I returned to the store. He said it was ready, and admittedly happy after now almost three hours later to get my iPad back, seemingly fixed, I went home. My wife noticed the next day that the edge of the screen had lifted up, to the point to where you can easily slide a piece of paper between edge of screen and iPad body. Incompetence reigns here. The guy had the nerve to try to sell me one of the pathetic 'protection plans'. If you want your device hastily and shabbily "repaired" this is the place for you! read more

If I could give zero stars I would, but 1 star is the lowest rating I can provide. The owner, Roberto, told me he had all relevant parts for the phone repair and it would take two hours. We proceeded to shop and then received a call from the store at 1251 pm to let us know the phone wouldn't be done by 1pm as promised. The tech had just arrived at the store. Come to find out the owner can't do the major repair work so he disassembled the phone so I couldn't cancel the order. I ended up waiting 3 hours for the phone to be fixed but they couldn't do the complete job because they didn't have all of the parts. This was such a negative experience that I wouldn't recommend the store to others. If you do use their services makes sure they have all of the required parts and the proper techs are on site to do the work. read more

0 stars if I could. They "fixed" my cracked iPad screen in June. It started acting up a few weeks ago and I went back in to have them look at it. There are fingerprints under the screen and the screen is separating from the body of the iPad. He told me he would call when he found my paperwork. He also wanted me to leave my iPad with him and he said he had no receipt to give me showing he had my iPad. No thanks. I took iPad and he said he would call. No phone call. Stopped by twice during business hours and they were closed. I called and he said he would call back in an hour. 3 hours later no call. He kept saying "trust me I'll call. Trust me". I'm not sure what I'm going to do now. Stay away from them. I'll update if they take care of the issue. read more
