Follow up to my 03-20-25 review: - emailed corp support, was told to bring laptop back to location for a warranty repair to fix the first botched repair of the power plug. - was told the device would be "checked", which would take 48hrs. - 10 days later: nothing - went to location: laptop not fixed, returned in same defective condition. - Was told they were "waiting on a part". - HOWEVER, I was also told previously that same plug *had already been changed* during the first failed attempt at fixing the power plug... - Which begs the question: was the plug actually changed during the first repair I paid for? Then why would they still be waiting on it a month later?... These guys do not appear to be very consistent in their "narrative" I give up. Unfortunately, I have no reason to change my initial rating. read more

I took my iPad Pro (1st gen) in for a cracked screen repair. When I got it back, screen was fixed nicely, but the finger print touch button and on/off lock button did not function. When I pointed it out, they took it back in and said to leave it another day to fix it. Turns out they didn't even try to fix their mistakes, and just stated that these things happen sometimes. I called first to get info for my phone the battery was not holding a charge. The person i spoke with helped and told me the price and that they use original parts. So we dropped the phone off around 11am and i found out i had given them wrong phone model but they were still able to fix it right away. It was ready by 11:40 less than an hour. Broke my screen at 530pm literally kept times because I was going to class at 6. Called them and Ben answered knew without a very detailed description what was going on and told me if I make it at 6, can have same day by time they close at 7. Simply horrible service and the dude working there was the most rude and obnoxious person I have ever met. I never get in arguments with anyone, but was so ridiculous that I had no choice but to tell him to please pipe down and remember that he is speaking to a customer. He told us that he was too tired today to care, he's just trying to get through the day. That's not all that was said, but I will spare you the details. Don't go to this location, they are horrible, try a different one if you must. And FYI, we went to get a camera glass replaced on an iPhone 11, only to be told "it can't be done" after all. The office had my computer for just less then a week. I called multiple times, and left a voice mail to check on the status. When I was able to get a tech on the line they informed me that it wasn't worth their time to try and figure out what the issue was with the computer. I walked in and met Jarrett who was very professional and listened to the issues going on with my laptop plus needed a new hard drive and windows 10 installed.
