Such a wonderful experience! Katie is so sweet. I came in for a haircut, and she didn't make me feel rushed. She asked me exactly what I was looking for, and really took her time to make recommendations and listen to what I wanted for my hair. She took what I said I wanted, and made the necessary recommendations to get the best cut for my hair type. She really knows her stuff. Lots of product knowledge and style/cut/color knowledge. I love being educated on all of the different aspects of hair and she answered all my questions. I'm really picky when it comes to my hair. I have very long hair I've worked hair to take care of, and she really made me feel cared about. Very clean, and inviting environment. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I came to KT today with a terrible orange mess of hair and left with a result that exceeded all of my expectation! She listened to my hair goals, set an expectation, talked me through the process, and gave me a finished product that almost brought me to tears. Not only does my hair look great, but the entire experience was so much fun. KT is such a sweet ray of sunshine and made the time fly by because I was having so much fun chatting and laughing with her. Katy has done my hair for over two years now since I moved here from the Midwest. So glad I found her! I recently had her cut my hair somewhat short since I hadn't had it cut during Covid. Hello....I am new to this salon. Katie was great and very friendly. Most importantly, she took her time with me. I never felt rushed. In addition, she wanted to know my hair goals for the future: which I thought was amazing. I've never been asked that before. She then cut and styled my hair, based on that information. She gave some valuable hair advice, that was new to me. I also liked that she did not push me to book another appt, which a lot of places do; but to give my hair time to grow out to a desired length then reach out when I am ready. She consistently goes out of her way to work around my crazy travel schedule year after year. I ended up with a green tint in my hair and the rest was all a dirty blond with no highlights. This was not even close to what we talked about doing. How embarrassing when your husband says what happed your hair is green. I paid for this and then when I reached out to Katie to let her know I needed to get if fixed she offered 5 days later, really I am supposed to walk around with this hair for 5 days! Needless to say a paid more money and had someone else fix this disaster. read more

She has a wonderful ability to understand exactly what I want (even when I don't know how to describe it or don't even have a photo for example) and she makes it happen with my hair. Katy is one of THE best finds I've ever found!! I was desperate to find a hair stylist for my "special needs" hair. I am a cancer survivor. I'm always terrified when I have to find a new hair stylist, but after seeing the reviews I figured it was worth a shot. Katie did not disappoint. She is amazing! Plus, she's incredibly nice and attentive. She's very easy to talk to and there was never an awkward moment. Also, you can book online which I absolutely love. We're all very busy people and don't have time to go back and forth on the phone to find a time that fits. I can't wait to see what she can do with color. read more
