I would like to begin by saying that I hope your emergency from yesterday is resolved and all is well. I was extremely disappointed over all by your customer service. I contacted you with a last minute request on Friday. And, although your response on availability was prompt, the communication there after lacked concern for the sense of urgency that I expressed in my initial communication. I realize that you had a wedding booked on Saturday morning but, a response to confirm my appointment sooner would have been appreciated. Then, to add insult to injury, we confirmed and then with 30 mins you cancelled and did not offer me any alternative solution, artist, advise me to keep you in mind for the future or anything of the sort. Your cancellation was extremely lack luster and bland and if I was not a resourceful woman I would have been in a major bind. Luckily, I contacted another amazing MUA that helped me improvise and she has earned my business in the future so your services won't be needed. Word of mouth and customer service go along way, and I didn't have a pleasant experience so anyone who asks me about you, will know. I'm not suggesting you change how you run your business as some people are seemingly that desperate to have you make them up so your current practices must be working. She responded quickly, within 20 minutes or less, and we were able to book my appointment for the day that I needed.
