We spoke to Louise; she showed us our options, including one that would fit in our limited space. They had one in stock, and had one delivery slot open on Friday. The price and other fees seemed reasonable, so we bought it. Friday morning I called to see where we were on the delivery schedule; we were first on the schedule, and at about 9:15 the truck arrived with 2 very personable young men, who proceeded to remove the old refrigerator and install the new one. Tim and his assistant were very knowledgeable and efficient and by 10 we had a new, working refrigerator. Tim explained the process to get the refrigerator to the correct temperature, and told us to call if there were any questions or issues. We were very pleased with the entire experience, and we will definitely go back to Appliance Avenue for future appliances.
