My wife and I both bought new iPhone 15's a couple of weeks ago and the salesman suggested we get the $50 screen protector with the lifetime warranty. I dropped my phone on the concrete driveway and went file a claim and had to go through a bunch of rigmarole to set up an account just to register the it and come to find out that you have to pay $10 shipping and handling for the replacement screen protecto! What a scam! the salesman never once mentioned that we would be responsible for paying $10 to have a thin piece of glass sent. I cannot believe they even sell such a "bait and switch" scam of a product. I found out that I can buy a 3-pack of screen protectors for like $7-$10 on Amazon with free shipping. I will never buy anything frim Russell Cellular ever again! Please shop at a Verizon corporate store. read more

I have a love hate relationship with getting a new phone. These guys were able to make it a very pleasant experience. Everything. I mean everything where exactly where it should be after transferring and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Would recommend this Verizon to anyone! Also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. And in listening to other salespeople talk to other customers i feel like there are many others who feel the same way. Upgraded 2 new phones, did a trade in and added a line to my plan in August 2019, now here we are January 2020 and I've not yet seen a penny for my trade in that they took nor have I received the $200 gift card I was supposed to as part of the deal. I have been calling for months now and just get the run around. They say they'll resolve it and call me back with confirmation but nothing. I call to check in and get more of the run around. Finally got offered half of what the gift card was supposed to be. Mind you, I did nothing wrong, it was the person who did all of the upgrades and such who was supposed to do things on their end to ensure this all went smoothly and got done so that I recieved the trade in credit and gift card. I've gone to this location. for years but never ever again. Will be filing a complaint with Verizon corporate and regional management. SO frustrated!! read more
