I went into Cell Pros for the first time today and let me tell you: I'm never going anywhere else to buy used phones locally ever again! Still might use eBay for those hard to find novelty phones, but probably not. This is a really cool store AND they don't charge a ridiculous amount to buy new phones! I seriously like Cell Pros and highly recommend it PS. The best part is that I don't walk out feeling like I've been scammed! I had purchased a phone from them and it was reported stolen and blacklisted I had gone back to get a refund and the owner refused to give me one, instead they gave me another one and again that was blacklisted too. And still refuses to get a refund or make me satisfied, this owner is a joke, he needs to learn how to fix the problem instead of stealing someones money that they had saved to get a phone. They need to close this place down cause all he's doing is stealing I will be filing with BBB cause of this. read more

Been here several times to get things fixed and the service has always been super quick and great!! Today I needed to sell a phone and after having so many issues selling it on Facebook I decided to come in. Not only did they quickly give me a quote over text but I came in 10 minutes before closing and was handed cash in less than 15 minutes! they definitely deserve 5 stars from when i walked in and out of the door. I went in and was immediately greeted by an employee. A friend referred me to them for fixing her 5c screen. I assumed they were high priced but they were lowest in town and they charged me a fair price. Checked in, they answered all my questions succinctly and informatively, gave me an estimated time window, and when I got my phone it worked like brand new. I loved my experience at cellpros! I've been with cellpros for like 2 and a half years now. They have always been so good at telling me what my best options are as far as my monthly service and whether its worth it to repair a broken phone, i think most people wouldn't they would just take your money. For someone on a budget, I called to get a quote and was given cost to repair... so when I walked in, I received a slightly higher cost, I explained I spoke to someone and already received cost to repair broken screen. They were able to honor cost I received on the phone. read more
