Stopped in to inquire about an iPhone I'd seen on Marketplace. The guy who helped me was really nice. Super responsive to his customers. He showed me the phone and told me he could transfer all my stuff on my existing phone to the one I was purchasing. It took a little bit due to my 20000+ pictures, so I waited in my car for a about 1/2 hour. When I went back in, my new to me phone was almost ready. For the first couple weeks, my phone kept telling me I might not have an authentic Apple battery (or something to that effect), but the message finally quit coming back. I broke my screen the other day when exiting my car. It wasn't huge but definitely would have gotten worse over time so I started asking around multiple shops in Fresno. I had asked for a quote on a iPhone XS Max screen, by far the best estimate out of multiple businesses that quoted me. Not only that he was very fast, friendly, and professional. Told me to come back in about 45 minutes, I came back closer to an hour and it was as promised. Screen is brand new, no weird blemishes or scratches. Would highly recommend. Had a iPhone 12 just out of warranty and I was getting dropped calls for a while. Then my service cut out entirely for hours! ATT changed the sim, still no dice. Asurion has a pop up in store in Clovis .. they wouldn't even look at the phone, they instead blamed it on Apples software and said this was typical of iPhone 12's on the AT&T network at the moment (my wife has the same phone same network, no problems)-- as someone who worked at AT&T this was an easy read that the guy was just trying to walk me. So after being turned down by the utterly useless reps there, I found OMG Repair on yelp. Turns out they have great reviews and they seemed super knowledgeable. Took in an iPhone SE to have the screen replaced. After it was returned to us the screen stopped responding to touch. I took it back and his response was that he replaced my screen from another working working iPhone that had no prior issue so he knows for a fact that the screen replaced works ... so he admittedly stated he replaced my screen with a used screen from another phone ??
