I believe my issue was but a small one but they were back with me within ten minutes of me handing the phone over. I paid them the price they quoted on the phone and I was on my way. Great experience here today!…read more My Television went out and thankfully I purchased an extended warranty on it because it is 3 months over past the manufacturer's warranty. When I called to file a claim they gave me three options and this was one of my options and I literally chose them because the owner seemed knowledgeable and nice when I visited with him on the phone before coming in. We set up a drop off for me (they come to you if you prefer, I just preferred to drop mine off. When I arrived, the owner Ray was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I felt confident in his ability to determine what is wrong with my television. Ray helped me unload the unit out of my truck and get it into his store and then he made out a tag for it and gave me the matching tag and I was on my way. He told me I should hear from him as early as Monday as to what is wrong with it and what he estimates, recommends or even IF he recommends we fix it...we will see!
