Took my Galaxy S7 edge to this place after receiving a quote on yelp. The price that was quoted was much better than many of the other quotes i was given. One repair store in the area told me $399 and that I have to put half down, then they can order the part which would take about 3 days, then once it comes in they will work on it which can take up to another 3 days. Really? I understand that Samsung parts are not cheap by all the quotes I was given but he came in a $100 higher than the next highest quote. Anyways, Ken had the part in Stock and gave me a fantastic price. Came in and waited about 40 minutes from beginning to end and when he was done, he handed what looked like a brand new galaxy s7 edge. Hell of a job he did on the repair. He was very nice and cordial. He even offered me water and popcorn which i thought was very nice. Last weekend I dropped my phone and completely shattered my screen! I use my phone for personal and business use to this was tragic to me. So after getting many quotes on yelp. I happened to stop in at the new local store next to my house considering the driving conditions were bad. I was on my way to another store that quoted me but popped in here. BEST THING I DID. I was getting quotes anywhere from $89 to $139 for an iPhone 6s Plus screen repair. I thought that was crazy. Cellular Repair Center beat out all the quoted prices and my repair was done in 20 mins. The guy (Ken) even offered me coffee. Honestly, one of the best experiences I had. The guy was honest, friendly, and empathetic. Highly recommend this place. Go figure he has been there for 4 months and he didn't pop up on my search on yelp. When I typed in the actual name. This is my first review on yelp as I was shopping for price quotes for my iPhone 8 plus. These guys responded very quick while others didn't even respond with quotes. When one repair shop did, they quoted me $249 for the repair. I know it's a new phone but come on. These guys came in way under that and at a great price. The guy Ken was very helpful and explained what needed to be done to my phone. Very nice, knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He had my phone looking brand new in literally 30 minutes. Went to Cellular Repair Center again to get my device fixed as I broke it again. Ken was phenomenal as usual. He had my phone up and running within 20 minutes. Funny thing is I called another repair shop before going back because it was a bit of a distance back to the southfield location. The price that the other repair shop quoted me was $45 higher than what Ken at Cellular Repair Center quoted me. I would highly reccomend anyone go see Ken at Cellular Repair Center. Shopped around to get my galaxy note 8 fixed. Come to my attention that this repair is expensive. I shopped around and found this place. The price was better than anywhere else I called and the most important thing is they had the screen in stock. For some reason, it seems that not too many people carry this screen as I can see why, it is expensive. The tech there had me in and out in about an hour and my phone looks pristine.
