One time I took my phone to get the ear piece speaker repacked and when I went to pick my phone up, the young man told me that there was no change because nothing needed to be replaced, that in fact it just needed to be cleaned. They didn't even change me a cleaning fee.

I feel the price for service was very expensive given the work that was done vs the work I…read morerequested. There is a $60 fee just to look at the item, then the "total repair fee" minus the $60. The bare minimum of work was done on my unit. And unfortunately I have since learned that I overpaid big time. The cost of my repairs elsewhere comes up at about 50% of what I paid. Definitely shop around folks.
