Buyer beware!! I got my iPhone screen replaced here. Sure, his after market screens are cheaper, but what he doesn't tell you is that your facial recognition won't work with those screens. So you'll be back to putting in your password every time you need to open your phone! A pain in the ass!! read more

Do not go here, he steals batteries!!! I brought my iPhone in to fix a cracked screen. After four hours I picked it up. When I got home I discovered a new battery issue where it wouldn't charge. I brought it back into him and he got it to work and charge. I cracked my screen again three weeks later and brought it to Wireless Guru in Livonia. When he opened it in front of me, we both noticed the Wireless Phone Doctor stole my I-battery and replaced it with a cheap after market battery (hence the charging issue). He's a crook, steals the iPhone battery to sell it later and replaces it with a cheap one. read more

I thought I broke the charge port on my android phone and took it to David at Wireless Phone Doctors. First, I was very grateful that the store was open on late Sun afternoon. David determined the issue was not the port, but the charging cable was broken and recommended a wireless charger and/or new cable, which I gladly purchased, and have had no further charging issues. I appreciate an honest business that does not take advantage of customers by immediately going with the most expensive option, whether needed or not. Wireless Phone Doctors is the ONLY place to go when you have a cell phone issue. I was heading out the door to go to the Phone Doctor when I dropped my older iPhone7. The screen shattered. I was upset that for the amount of money I would need to put into this old phone, that it would not be worth it to repair, and that I was going to have spend $700 to $1,000 on a new phone. For kicks, I took it to the Wireless Phone Doctor and the owner, David, was amazing. Not only was he able to affordably do both a new battery and screen install, but he did it in an hour!!! I was such a positive experience and it made my week! Got a privacy screen installed. The man who put the screen on used a wet wipe (didn't dry the screen) to clean the phone screen before installing & left many streaks and a air bubble. He failed to tell me once they install that is it. No matter how bad of a job they did. No exchanges or returns. So I was stuck with the faulty job. They are a private business therefore they cannot recoup the cost from issues as such. I spoke to another man the next day who told me I was "picky" because I wanted a install w/o the streaks or air bubble and that it is common to have streaks/air bubbles... BUT he ultimately installed a new screen protector. I offered to pay but he declined the money. He installed w/o any streaks or bubbles. (Hence the 3 stars) He did a great job (because he used a dry microfiber cloth vs a wet wipe possibly)! I would go to this store again to buy items as they did offer a variety of phone chargers, cases and other items but not for them to work on my phone or do installs. They are privately owned so they can make their own rules. (Rightfully so). read more

Beware they are overpriced for the work that they do. My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ screen replacement cost over $500.00. After doing some research I could have sent it back to Samsung and had it repaired for 199.00. WPD got me this time but I guarantee it won't be a next time. I'm never going back to them again. Btw. They "fixed" my screen with an off brand piece of glass and now Apple won't service my phone, and the employees are the opposite of helpful. They avoided my calls and I would not recommend that anyone give them business. DO NOT TRUST!!! Apple is about $40 cheaper too. Do not support this shady business!!! read more

I dropped my phone in water and it worked fine for 10 mins after I cleaned it off and then it completely went blank. I brought the phone to phone doctors they were able to assess the damages within minutes. I decided to let them do the work to try to fix my phone. I put $60 down and if they were able to repair the water damage it would be another $65. I was told it might take them all day to repair and possibly the next. I dropped my phone off probably at 1100 and it was ready and working by 230. I am so happy with the service and quickness of the repair. I would highly suggest seeing the phone doctors first to assess damage before jumping to by a new phone. read more

Great experience from beginning to end. I shattered my I phone 6 screen at work around 2:00. I was planning to go out of town first thing the next day. I called apple first to see if I could get an appointment. They told me there were no appointments available until tomorrow at 11:40am. They also couldn't confirm how long the appointment would take or if they even had the screen there. A coworker suggested Phone Doctors. I called and spoke with Donovan. He said if I could get there by 6:45 he could have it fixed by closing at 7:30. I got there at 6:45 and it was fixed by 7:10. Not only that but after handing me the phone he mentioned that the battery should be replaced that it wasn't working to capacity and he could change that now as well. It wasn't a shady sales technique because I was aware that the battery wasn't holding a charge for months. He replaced the battery in 5-10 mins and I payed $30 less than I would have paid at apple for the screen alone. After leaving, I realized that I left my back slipcase in the store. Donovan looked for at least 15 minutes to find it, even checking the trash can. When he couldn't find it he gave a better replacement case. The time now was 7:45. 15 minutes after closing. Turns out the next morning it was my mistake I had the case in my car. I called to apologize and pay for the one he gave me or I could stop by and return the replacement. He said for me not to do either and he enjoyed servicing me. I can't remember the last time I received service like that. I told him to tell his mother what a fine job she did in raising him. I found the staff rude and untrustworthy. Unable to effect the repair requested. I went in to have my charging port fixed or failing that get a new battery so that I could get what little data was left on the phone. I was clearly looking for alternatives to a full repair since I intended to get a new phone and didn't want to waste time and money since Ib intended to get a new phone anyway No alternatives were suggested until after I spent costs on nonrefundable labor that didn't work. And its funny that the price for the alternative; separate charging equipment, was the same as the or ordered part they had me wait 5 days for which they later said wouldn't work. Charging equipment that was in the store the same day I first went in. The staff I met there were anything but pleasant. That should have been my first clue to turn around and walk back out the door. I found them ultimately rude argumentative untrustworthy and unconcerned. Worst business ever. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! They tell you one thing but when it's time to pay its another. I was quoted 79$ to fix my opponent screen and when it came time for money it was magically 119$!!
