My experience was exceptional! So a life time ago, I dropped my iPhone 4S & it died. I mean dead died. Not cracked just nothing. So of course I took it to apple & they said, there is no way to fix this. I was crushed, as I was a new to iPhone/ apple user and hadn't backed up my phone . They told me there was a place in NY that could possibly retrieve my data, I was most concerned with the photos, but they said it could be upwards of 10k$$ . There was just no way. So I saved the phone hoping one day some tech savvy person would be able to breath life back into my phone & retrieve its memories. That day has finally come!!! I dropped my old phone that wouldn't even turn on to Rich. He made no promises but said he would try his best. It took almost a week, but was absolutely worth it!!! He was able to change out the whole housing of the phone & get it to turn on!!! Once I got there, I put in my 4 digit pin code & to my surprise it pulled up everything!!!!! When I got home, I poured through the photos & videos of when my kids were little & was able to read some old text messages from dad, he passed away a little over a year ago & let's just say this fix was not just AWESOME, but invaluable to myself & my family. ***** If you have read this far, please go see my hero, Rich @ cellular repair center. For the past 3 weeks my phone has stayed charged for .5 seconds & this past weekend died completely! The soonest appt available at the Apple store was 2 weeks, goodness knows I can't last that long so I was recommend to check out Rich f/ the ATT store for a new battery. Price was much better than anywhere else. Turnaround was about 30-40 minutes, which isn't bad. Plus, we were able to get a screen protector for $10 since we had a screen repair done. So, screen repair and screen protector on an iPhone 8 plus for less than $100. Definitely recommend this business. read more

Dropped a shovel on my phone during work and wanted to get it fixed right away. Came in with no appointment and was able to get my phone fixed within 40 minutes same day. Update: The owner, after seeing review, tracked down my dad. He apologized to my father about how he was treated. Asked my dad to bring him the phone and he would personally fix his phone. I had an old iPhone 5C that I wanted to get repaired so I would have something to play some music on. So I asked a couple friends what they would recommend for a place and this was the place they picked. I called first to check on the quote to see how much it would be to fix the charging port on my old phone. The gentleman told me it would be $50 to take care of the phone. I showed up about an hour later to bring my phone in so it be repaired because I thought $50 was reasonable. When I got there the guy talk to you on the phone was the one who was there and kind of made me laugh because when he asked me what did I quote you like does your prices change or something? But he kept true to his word on replacing my port for the $50. After a week of have my phone I will say I'm happy you know it charges just fine keeps a charge and I can listen my music now without an issue. I am very happy with my service here and anyone who is looking for a place to get their phone fixed I would suggest here. The only reason I'm giving this place of four out of five was they really need to fix their parking lot. Maybe a fresh coat of paint wouldn't do it bad either. read more
