Anyway I was in Troy getting batteries put in another watch and was telling the gal about my Apple Watch and she said go next door to EXALTED REPAIR, so I did and the owner said let me look at it, and I said how much to look at it? He said he wouldn't charge me .... Well that surprised me , and no my watch couldn't be fixed there was a hairline crack in the face.... What I'm trying to say is that this guy ( I think his name is Rob) took his time to look at my watch and not even charge me... and found the crack and all that jazz.... Before the screen came in, my insurance company said the phone was not repairable and sent me a brand new phone. I called to get my $85 deposit back and the guy said they'd have to keep $25 as a service fee. I called today to get my $60 back and the 'owner', Ryan, said the people I dealt with before were all fired and he was not giving me my $85 back. So, I went to pick up the screen and when I got there he said I would have to give him another $25 to get the screen. So, basically I was scammed. He kept my money and the screen, and he was really rude about it. The customer service alone would be enough to keep me away. Avoid being ripped off, go somewhere else.
