Hello, This is the owner of the business (Cellzone), I'm very shocked and disappointed at our yelp reviews. We have some of the best Google reviews but nothing on yelp. When we ask customers how they heard about us, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms are always brought up! Customers never mention Yelp. I'm really frustrated to why Yelp is involved in the review process for Cell zone because its not fair or right that we started this retail business four years ago and they will keep the reviews forever and portray us to look like the worst business in town, when were actually a business that cares and values its customers. We've been doing cellphone repairs since 2004, for all carriers, we carry a wide variety of parts so that we can serve every customer that walks through the door. Customers wait time to get a phone repaired is anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Customers know us for our high quality products and best prices guaranteed. The owner here can fix anything! He really knows what he's doing! The phone cases here are just as good as the ones at the T-Mobile store but for a way better price and they have all the screen protectors! If you need accessories or your phone fixed this is the only place to go. read more
