I personally enjoy the yin and gentle classes, but occasionally try the warm classes which are so nice in winter! Each teacher brings something unique in their energy to class as well as sometimes using oracle cards, singing bowls, candles, aromatherapy, foam support strips, etc. I love it! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with no hint of competition here. Also I always find something fun and useful in their gift shop to try!

Now I have been getting full body massages longer than I can remember. This includes the USA, China, Thailand, Pakistan, and a number of other countries. When in a new geography it's always a hit and miss proposition. But today 90 minute experience at this place ranks in the top 5 on my list. Shery is a pro. Lots of experience and a very reliable masseuse. It's been 7 hours since I got the massage and I am still in the zone. Worth every cent I spent. First, the facility is fantastic. Think they set aside time for hardworking, paying adults to swim in peace, nope think again Mon-Fri 12pm to 7pm is family time and when they run their second business of paid swim lessons. That's right you pay your dues so they can charge others extra for swim lessons during peak after work hours. So as a working person you can not swim laps or avoid screaming kids jumping in the spa. Oh, but if you want to come in at the crack of dawn or right at closing time you can swim laps, pretty hard to do if you work a regular job. They also do a horrible job keeping kids off the machines which will be your only option since the pool is off limits while you are there. And if it's volleyball season they rent out the racquetball courts to high school teams to practice. Avoid at all costs, and it's an expensive one, if you want to workout or relax in peace as this is a afterschool hangout and they are all on their phones sitting on machines, even kids on phones in the spa watching videos and no one ever comes thru to police anybody.

This wins me over every time as some of you may know. :) There are a number of walls of varying difficulties, rental climbing shoes in good condition, nice, laid-back staff.... and... some nice looking beers on tap for grown ups to relax with after a climb, while the kiddos wind down at the ping pong table or with crafts, games and books. I can honestly tell you my finger strength to weight ratio is not right for rock climbing, but it really does make you want to come back and keep trying again and probably put down the extra burger!! They have a $22 fee for two weeks pass as of jan 2023... you can sign up for as little as one month with no sign-up fees, and nothing about that!!! You just need to give two weeks notice to cancel so basically the minimum you can pay is $44 for a month! I'd say it's well worth it if you didn't have to pay for the damn kids to come with you! They have a small weightlifting session and yoga classes very easily. You could make this a gym if your main intention was to be healthy and have fun. Come and give it a shot. Need more unique business is like this opening up in our area.
