I did select Lees air because was very pleased from replacing ac unit in 2018. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the scope of work and final price. During process of removing water heater/equipment, the water heater stand needed removed due to water damage. once removed, there was an open wall 24" x 18 inches. I was told this would not be covered up by Lee's air. I personally covered up wall best I could after completing installation of equipment. This should have been covered up by Lees air prior to installing equipment! HOPEFULLY, When the city inspector comes, the installation of equipment passes! Also, I did accept the pricing of equipment/installation from representative that came to my house. But I am extremely upset at total cost of $4231. I know that total cost of just the new Water Heater, Heater Stand, water tray, couplings, and connectors are only about $1200 on the open market. So, the total price of installation and equipment is OUTRAGEOUS MARKUP to me! I WILL NEVER again purchase any equipment or services from Lee's Air.

I called them to get a second opinion about a failing AC unit…read more First company deemed the condenser as faulty and said it needs to be replaced, on site initial quote was $5000, which later turned into $12,000 replacement. Andrew from allbritten showed up and discover the whole issue was a chewed up data cable. He worked his wonders for few hours, restored the system and then worked his magic with his superiors to get us an amazing price !!!! I have hired many contractors before but never ever received such a service as this company provided.
