We have used Centennial several times. We will NO LONGER be a customer. We reserved and confirmed a delivery to airport and a pickup from the airport. Centennial took us to the airport and we went out of country two weeks. On our arrival back, no one was there to meet us. I called and spoke to the owner TIM, He said, the reservation was cancelled.. leaving us stranded on Oct 31st. I was livid we were left stranded on Halloween a very busy night in Las Vegas. Its interesting that when you book a trip you get email confirmation . But when Centennial chooses to make more money on another fare on a busy Las Vegas night, and Centennial chooses to cancel you, there is NO notification, ITS UNETHICAL. When we got dropped at the airport Oct 17th, we had the pickup confirmed in writing, we also confirmed with our driver. When I asked Tim, what day it was cancelled and who did it, the answer was "i have no idea". And why were we not notified, why were we left stranded, he had no answer, just the reservation was cancelled without any notification. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE and THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED. We have been told by neighbors that Bell Transportation is very good, so we are switching. Thursday night when their driver "Max" met me at the airport, (only after my wheelchair pusher had to go and find him) he disappeared to "speak to another driver he hadn't seen in a while" while my luggage went around twice and the female wheelchair pusher had to pull it off the belt. Then she had to go and find him again. When I got out to the car, the trunk latch didn't work and he hooked it with a bungee cord, didn't help me, a diabled senior into the car, but the best was yet to come. The air conditioning didn't work and the ambient heat was 89. So, with a heart condition I rode in a limo with no a/c for more than half an hour ending up with a severe headache and dizziness by the time we got to my destination. I do not feel that I should pay a normal rate for services that were not included as they should have been. I complained last nigh by phone while I was in the car. The man stated that, yes, I should have a credit but he couldn't do it, only Corporate could. I asked to have someone call me Friday morning but it is now Sunday afternoon and no call as of yet. I will not recommend Centennial Transportation and will post on several social web sites my experience with this horrible service. I will wait to hear what they intend to do about this. read more

The number on the card I have differs from what is listed here...here's the number I know works... 702-655-2277 http://www.centennialtransportation.com/ Spending a week in Vegas definitely means that at some point you'll be taking a cab somewhere at some point at least once. While we did take a cab a few times the Marriott set us up with Centennial Transportation for the same rate a cab would cost except we got a ride in a clean Lincoln. Our driver, Ron, was an excellent host who gave us lost of advice, easy to talk to, and made us feel like high rollers. We ended up calling him 4 times for transport down to Fremont Street from the strip and it was 100x better than wrangling a taxi. Ron also took us around the back routes to show us some of Vegas's interesting lesser known places....much nicer than trying to fight through traffic on the Strip or on the freeway. Clean cars, excellent drivers, simple flat rates easily comparable to taxi rates, and the last thing you'll be treated like is a simple fare. Next time I'm in Vegas I'm definitely going to call Centennial for my transport needs. From the Marriott Grande Chateau to Fremont Street our average taxi fare was $22-$24 before tip and Centennial charged $25...we tipped $5 for Centennial and $1-$2 for a cab. The few extra bucks we spent (mainly on the tips) were well worth the significantly more comfortable and safer rides. Centennial Transport = A+ read more

Trying to get a price quote from Tim since his communication skills is quite primal, Tim simply ran out of patiences and made up an excuse that there's more important line that he needed to pick up than our current conversation and hung up. Used them twice. Drivers are punctual & courteous. Tim who answers the phone acts like u are bothering him when you call. The hire time we were going to use them , they could not pick us up on our return . I canceled. Found another service. Then they arrived , as did the other service. When I said had canceled Tim became irate. Totally unprofessional. Yelling into the phone & saying I hadn't canceled. I did indeed cancel. Obviously bad business. read more

We use Centennial Transportation a lot. We have always found them to be on-time for a pickup at home or the airport. Their prices are fair and reasonable. My only complaint is their website is not reliable for booking and we have to call to make our bookings. But that is not a big deal. read more

This place is a rip off. If you use them for one ride they will attempt to charge you for a full hour of service. On their website it cost $55 per hour for an SUV, yet we only had a 30 min ride and the driver charges $50. Talked to management and he agrees. Worst business in the world, I'd rather call yellow can. read more

Driver arrived late at the airport - after all other passengers had left. Rang twice to find out what had happened (cost of an international call). Had conflicting information about where to be picked up - other limo drivers collected the passengers at the baggage carousel - we were messaged (after we landed) to find our driver outside the terminal - no info about where! When we rang, were told to go back in, before he finally arrived. Had to walk the whole length of the terminal (quite a distance) to get to the car - excuse being that things had all been changed around. Other limo passengers didn't seem to have to do this. After all this, a 15 minute drive ended up costing about $70 (including gratuity!) Not recommended. Taxis were waiting outside - a better proposition. read more

On Tuesday night of February 26, 2013, I called into Centennial Transportation and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Tim Ledwon and asked him how much was it from my apartment to the airport? He quoted me $50. I made a reservation and he asked me for how many people and I said 1. He asked me what time I wanted to get picked up? I said 8am. The next morning, which was Wednesday February 27, 2013, the driver, who said his name was Bob called me at 8:05am and said he was downstairs, I said ok here I come. When I got downstairs, I didn't see him. I looked around and around 8:16am I called him back and said I'm outside but I don't see you. Turns out that he was at the wrong building. So anyways he finally made it to me. He got out, put my luggage in the vehicle and I got in. He asked how do I plan on paying for the ride, cash or card? I said card. So he took the card and called into his office to see if they could run the card while he was driving. I said you could pull over and do this. He replied no because we're already 20 minutes late. So he got on the freeway and half way to the airport he asked me do I want to add any type of gratuity on the card? I said no because all I have is $50. He said well the ride is $60. I said what; Tim quoted me $50 on the phone last night. He said well we're charging you a 20 minute late fee. I said I wasn't late. He said well the ride is $60. I said I don't have $60. He called his company and said she doesn't have any money. I said I didn't say I don't have any money, all I have is $50 like I was quoted. By this time he was angry and started driving fast, So he drove through the airport, passed Southwest Airlines and said say goodbye to your flight, I'm taking you to Metro Police Station in Henderson . I said why you're upset over $10? He said because he doesn't like bullshit and he's not a nice guy. I said I could pay you but I can only give you $50. He pulled into this AMPM around the corner and said go take $50 out of the ATM then.( Now you know you can't take $50 out of no ATM because they come in 20's). He pulled in the parking lot just enough so his tail wouldn't stick out in the street. I said can't you drive me to the door, then he threatened to dump me off on the freeway. I said if I come out with $50 are you going to drop me off then at Southwest, he said I don't know, I'll think about it and don't take all day. I walked to the door and went inside and called 911 from my cell phone and told them what was going on. I then called the company and said, this is Wendy, I don't understand what's going on. They said yeah you know what's going on, you don't have any money and can't pay for the trip. I said I do have money but you quoted me $50 last night and now you're charging me $60. They said they was charging me a 20 minute late fee. I said I wasn't late. He said anyways your card is declined, I said no It's declined for $60 not $50. He said so if we ran your card for $50, it will go through? I said yes, that's what I've been trying to tell yall. So they ran the card for $50, it went through and Bob the driver still didn't drop me off at Southwest Airlines, he made me walk. He threw my bag out of the vehicle and said have a nice flight and don't call my company ever again. read more

Tim is super rude... Asked Siri for a cab and she referred me to centennial transportation... Which sounds like it could possibly be a cab company so I can't hold it against her... Well anyway Tim answered and very jerkishly told me that they were a limo company... And when I said okay, sorry, thank you! Tim just hung up... Six months and many rides to the airport later; Tim and his team of drivers still are spot on for service, price and consistency. If you are like me and live local, but travel often then this company needs to be in you contact list. They bill my CC direct and show up early even when the pick-up time is 4:00 am. I love this company and so does my wife sense she gets to avoid the traffic and sleep in. read more

What a GREAT service ! And I mean SERVICE !!! We didn't want to leave our car in the airport parking lot for 2.5 weeks, so we decided to try Centennial. We are so glad we did. We were picked up on the dot as arranged and wisked off to the airport in luxury. However, on the trip back home our flight was delayed and such a mess that we didn't know when we would finally arrive. We were unable to contact Centennial before our flight arrived and we were walking to the baggage claim, after midnight. No problem - the driver was at the baggage claim area within 10 minutes to meet us. We had reserved a sedan, we were met with a stretch limo. We were celebrating out 35 wedding anniversary and Centennial made it memorable. We highly recommend Centennial and will use them again. read more

The worst transportation company ever. I was a bride waiting for the limo to pick me and my husband up from our reception. We ran out with everyone holding sparklers and when we got to the end there was no limo. When I called the company I talked with Tim the operations manager and he was rude the whole time on the phone, and kept asking me why I was so angry since he was only a little late. At this time he was 15 minutes late and the manager was yelling at me on my wedding day, the driver finally got there 35 minutes late. The worst part was that all of our guests had left and we had no pictures of us getting into the limo. I would not recommend centennial for any occasion ever. We had a great experience with bell transportation though, so I would recommend them. read more

Centennial Transportation is deceiving. We reserved a vehicle according to their fleet options online and to our surprise we got the opposite. The vehicle looked horrible and the A/C did not work. It sounded as if it were going to break down at any moment. We were greatly disappointed. The driver had stated that he didn't even know what vehicles they had posted on the website. Isn't it false advertising to list a fleet, have a client choose from that selection and then show up with a lemon. Really?! We wanted to do business with someone within our local area and sadly we were disappointed. The owner, Tim was not polite nor professional about the situation. Didn't even apologize. Quickly stated a "Have a nice day" and hung up. Didn't even attempt to fix the problem or compensate in any way. So, we were left we no choice, but to cancel the return trip with CENTENNIAL TRANSPORTATION and book or transportation with another. Would not recommend to anyone. The only thing nice I could say is that the driver was polite. read more
