Unfortunately, the driver, Daniel, chose to pick up another group and left us stranded outside the Sphere. We were forced to wait over an hour for a solution, which completely disrupted our plans and ended our night on a bad note. This is unacceptable for a company that offers private transportation services. Reliability is the minimum you expect when you pre-book and pay for a service like this. By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything.

I even asked the guy if the limousine had glasses inside his response was "absolutely". What we ended up getting was an dirty SUV, without glasses or anything. We paid $128 for this crap!
