In turn, he opened his scalp with the corner edge (wall) of the restroom entrance. The entire situation was very scary. I immediately called 911 since there was a lot of blood, then Dr. Tonya. 911 paramedics suggested transportation to a hospital, but with COVID-19, our family grew more afraid since we haven't left our home since March 2020. Dr. Tonya arrived within 15-20min. What could have taken hours to do in a hospital setting with the possible risk of contracting COVID-19, the FLU, or any other viral infection, Dr. Tonya did in 30 minutes. She analyzed, assessed, treated (with staples), explained everything I needed to know, & answered my concerns. She even stayed for an additional amount of time despite it being a Sunday.
