I came across a text message in which she expressed inappropriate views about patients at her current place of employment. As someone working in the healthcare field, particularly with individuals experiencing behavioral or mental health challenges, it is deeply concerning and unacceptable for her to refer to patients as "crazy." Patients of all ages come to your facility seeking genuine behavioral and mental health support. These individuals are acknowledging their conditions and actively seeking professional help, which should be met with compassion, dignity, and respect. I have grave concerns regarding the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by this staff member, as this behavior appears inconsistent with the standard of safe, respectful, and adequate patient care that should be upheld. I respectfully ask that this matter be taken seriously to help preserve a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability within your organization. Patients of all ages deserve sincere care, understanding, and support during vulnerable times in their lives. To patients or family members receiving services here: I reported a HIPAA violation on 4/30/2026 and was contacted by the Quality Management Director, who stated they were investigating the matter. I was told I would be CC'd on an email regarding the investigation, but I never received any follow-up communication. I called again during the week of 5/11/2026 to request an update, as this is a serious concern involving patient privacy. At this time, based on my understanding, no accountability action but a signed form was given regarding the involvement of the employee. Please take this into consideration when deciding where to receive care and services. Patient privacy and confidentiality should always be treated as a priority.

We was this company since October we had a RBT for less than 1 week she came for two days the rest of the days she was sick and never returned back. We were getting services with the BCBA who would come once a week to assist my son while they found a new RBt we finally got one in January she showed up for one day and we came back. I have cancelled a few sessions due my son needed a nap we may have cancelled maybe four times since October remind you we will don't have an RBT.. so to my surprise our BCBA had the nerve to say the company director suggested if I don't put my son on sleep medicine than they don't know if they can service us bc I cancel sessions. How dare a company suggest this to a mother furthermore your company hasn't even been consistent with services. This company is a joke and the moment the BCBA advise me to put my son on sleep medication was the moment I left succeed the nerve of this whole place!!! Find someone else for your child this place isn't it!

I coordinate here several times a year for Mental Health check-ins and Behavioral Health checkups. My present psychiatrist is Doctor Morgan. Dr. Morgan is So Much Better than the retired Doctor she replaced. I'll say no more out of respect for his top tier education and many decades of medical practice. Since 2018, our meetings have been Zoom sessions with a pre-appointment questionnaire of my moods and attitudes collected by staff. She reviews those responses, checks my moods influenced by meds,and status of my prescriptions. She makes sure I see my Family Practice doc for general health issues, enquiring to be sure I see my counselor; also quarterly. Dr. Morgan generally closes with a health/safety tip; stay hydrated, drive safely, etc. No other mental health specialist I've known has closed out our meetings this way. I put up some graphics about mental and behavioral health. Bullet points are early life, stage of brain development, substance use. I add the common idea of genetics. The glorious part of making 74 laps around the sun is a general sense of I Do Not Care. My family has had some notable andcsome characters across the generations, a moody, sometimes brilliant lot. My dad's father diagnosed me early as the grandson with "A wild hair crost your ass." or maybe wild hare up my ass. He was a crudeish, plain spoken Missourian; half-country/half-city guy, veteran, so big and strong he said exactly what crost his mind, suffering consequences rarely During my adolescence, although a nerdy, isolated kid, I had bursts of energy and exuberance, added to my boiling cauldron of male hormones. What a thrill! I slept a lot too. In my teen and post-teen years I ideated ways to not be alive. I will not provide details. I have experienced a wide range of psychiatric and counseling providers. My psychiatrist covering items in my posted graphics and medication supply during a 15-20 minute consultation. My counselor and I spend 40 minutes a visit on deeper behavioral topics. My wife is intelligent, wise, patient and kind. I've been decently stable about 30 years. I share my experiences with people I trust. I may have helped a person or two stay alive on this twisting road of life. I encourage each of us to find our stability. Most do, often easily. Others of us struggle.
