Out of the last 11 clinics I've been too, this one had the Fastest and easiest intake. Dr. Vickie is the sweetest doctor and really cares to make sure you are getting better and she even goes out of her way to prescribe other medications if need be. Also the front desk reception and dosing nurse, Tiffany is one of the nicest and sweetest nurse I've had out of all the clinics I've been too. The counselors/therapists are cool too. My medication,Oxy, and the dosage presented a conflict as well. Request to lower/change med/dosage wasn't acceptable. I've had as many procedures as the docs have come up over the years. Most fail, cause more problems or don't last. I asked what else I could do...the recommendation was " try Ibuprofen or Tylenol". Hmm, that sounds like an "awesome" suggestion. The next day it expired by the time I received my packet it was too late. I feel completely cheated and cannot wait to be finished with this process.
