Dear Manager/HR Leader, I would like to report an additional…read moreconcern regarding an employee named Zobi, aside from the HIPAA violation I recently reported. I came across a text message in which she expressed inappropriate views about patients at her current place of employment. As someone working in the healthcare field, particularly with individuals experiencing behavioral or mental health challenges, it is deeply concerning and unacceptable for her to refer to patients as "crazy." Patients of all ages come to your facility seeking genuine behavioral and mental health support. These individuals are acknowledging their conditions and actively seeking professional help, which should be met with compassion, dignity, and respect. I have grave concerns regarding the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by this staff member, as this behavior appears inconsistent with the standard of safe, respectful, and adequate patient care that should be upheld. I respectfully ask that this matter be taken seriously to help preserve a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability within your organization. Patients of all ages deserve sincere care, understanding, and support during vulnerable times in their lives. I hope this concern is thoroughly reviewed and that appropriate action is taken. provide regarding this matter. Thank you for your time and attention. To patients or family members receiving services here: I reported a HIPAA violation on 4/30/2026 and was contacted by the Quality Management Director, who stated they were investigating the matter. I was told I would be CC'd on an email regarding the investigation, but I never received any follow-up communication. I called again during the week of 5/11/2026 to request an update, as this is a serious concern involving patient privacy. At this time, based on my understanding, no accountability action but a signed form was given regarding the involvement of the employee. Please take this into consideration when deciding where to receive care and services. Patient privacy and confidentiality should always be treated as a priority.

0 stars if I could!!!! This place is the worst office I have…read moreEVER encountered! Do yourself and your child a favor and find abetter clinic. Your child and your family deserve better. The staff has such terrible attendance that there is so much inconsistency for your child. You will not get a BCBA they will pass you off to any available ACS that doesn't know shit! At first we were passed off to Angela, she made toileting so aversive my daughter no longer wants anything to do with potty training. When I approached a conversation with Angela about the staff being inconsistent she went off on me saying it wasn't her responsibility and got so defensive when there was no need. Next we were placed with a BCBA by the name of Aimee she was wonderful but left due to the terrible management. We were then passed off to Alycia not only do I despise her as a human being, but she took out anger that she had regarding my and her conversations out on my child. The RBT that used to work with my child told me if Alycia got into an argument with me she would directly take it out on my child! She has the worst speech impediment. I have ever heard in my entire life, and she thinks she knows everything, but she doesn't know shit. She will not take any of your concerns as a parent into consideration, she thinks she knows best when she really doesn't know anything. I do not understand how someone like. This can be in a position to take care of a case for a child, who already has mental issues. This place is so overcrowded with children and adults. It is absolutely ridiculous. When it's convenient for them, they will cancel you, but when you have to call out because your child is ill, it's not ok for them because they lose money. My child was left in a soil diaper so bad that she had a rash and upon talking to Alycia she sent me an email stating that the office apologize this. How much bullshit is that!? They were also toilet training, my daughter, and they had soiled clothing in with her snacks in the same bag, covering everything. It was absolutely horrifying and disgusting. Lia is the clinical director and is completely clueless not only is her speech, impediment worse than Alycia but you can't even understand what she says. I will never ever refer anyone to a clinic like this. Not to mention the front desk is a hot mess. They don't know what they're doing. They don't know anything. They are not responsible for anything other than scheduling, but yet they are always unprofessional. The front desk receptionist is always crying and can never give it together. I reached out to Amanda, who is supposed to be another director for this office who had no idea that any of this was going on. Of course, she doesn't know what's going on. She's not in the clinic. When Blue Sprig has a clinical Director visiting. They cancel bunch of patients so that it makes it seem that they have everything put together in place. This place is dirty, or I shall say filthy, they never clean. There is too many people. It is absolutely horrifying. Do not bring your child here!

My child just graduated in July 2025 but that would have never happened unless his current team fought for him. My child has been a challenge kid and there were only a few staff that wanted the challenge of taking on my son. When Noah was moved to in center, he had many challenges especially his BCBA's and tech's I was reluctant switching from Alycia to Haley during one family guidance. As my family in started a new journey, I noticed the changes in my child immediately. Haley and team fought for two years to get him to a point where he could express his words and use nice hands. We as a family were faced with unbelievable challenge, but his team fought for him constantly for 2 years between staff call outs, staff abuse and staff doubt. My child persevered beyond anyone's expectations especially because with the director's behavior. She would call us out of therapy because of staffing but my child was always number one call out till I spoke up. There was one incident where his BCBA was out and the director put my son in an unauthorized hold which in turn made him never want to go back to therapy. Yes, I got a call but later found out the truth from staff(techs) that she didn't follow his plan. She put him in a hold due to wanting to turn off the lights which in my opinion could of been handled a lot differently. This Director and I have gone head-to-head several times through chat. The whole center gets hand, foot and mouth but we get in trouble for attendance. We spend a lot of our time getting in trouble for attendance. When is the child going to be worth more than a paycheck from the insurance. Lia would threaten about attending family guidance but in two years she never showed up to family guidance. She was never involved in any aspect of my son's therapy but would insert her opinion every day without even knowing what is going on with my child. The director is nice to your face but fake and terrorizes your child and family without anyone knowing. Techs would tell me about the Director wanting to switch him rooms AGAIN which didn't make sense to put in a room all day with a screaming kid. Noah hates loud noises. Her decisions only made sense to her, and I thank God every day his staff would stand up for his wellbeing. Lia Becktold is the most unreliable, unprofessional and always pretending to care about my kid. PS techs tell us everything. She is unprofessional and needs to be fired. I am not the first family to say something and all the families I have referred are ready to leave. I work in a profession along with my mother where we have referred numerous families to Blue Sprig. We can't do that anymore.

I haven't been to Raise but Jess has treated someone I love. I have encountered many therapist and…read morethere are many out there who are clinically sufficient. What Jess brings to the table is something more, which was a genuine concern for my child. On one of our conversatios she said " I went on this run and I was thinking about"... she was thinking about my kid and how to help. She made me feel like we ( we because as parents, things that affect our kids affect us) were "seen." I think more often than not people get complacent in their careers, including the medical or mental health field, which I would chalk up to human nature. However, she never made me feel like my kid was number or just another patient. She was someone going through something and Jess was going to figure it out. We had to stop seeing Jess due to some circumstances out of my control. Which only lead us to a merry go round of therapists and it wasn't until then, that I was able to fully appreciate her, not only for her emotional investment in my child but also for her instincts, which were proven to be spot on. While on that mental health merry go round, I learned that not every therapist has the capability to convey a genuine sense of commitment and concern for their client/patient , however Jess did. Taking on someone else's emotional pain, trauma, anxieties and fears has to be one of the hardest jobs I could imagine, especially when it comes to children...so I can understand having and internal shut off valve and not fault anyone needing to enact that protective mechanism. But as a parent who's child hurts....I sure as shit want someone who sees my kid, as I see them. Once again I saw Jess early in her career. Not only do I magine that she has gotten better with time but I imagine now that she has her own practice, she chooses people who values their clients as much as she does. ...I did recently refer someone here and they had positive reviews about Jess, Teena and the facility.

First off, the place looks nothing like these photos they've posted. I worked here for a couple…read moreyears and I promise you, if you're considering working here or you're wanting to find care for your child, consider anywhere else. This company prioritizes money over everything, they do not care about you, your child, or their employees. At all. They take the classic greedy-business tactic of terminating anyone who starts making too much and then take in people who have no business working with kids so they can save as much money as possible. The operational manager is rotten to the core and it trickles down and affects everything. The only reason they hire anyone is to have warm bodies to fill time slots. They don't care if it's beneficial to your child or not, all they care about is maximizing profit and coming from someone who worked here for 2 years, this makes it impossible to make any sort of meaningful progress in providing therapy. They actively instruct techs to do as little as possible. Treatment is not individualized at all. The turnover rate in this dumpster fire of a clinic is insanely high and with good reason. Also, if you do decide to come here, get used to being sick every other week. Management has been saying they were going to hire a sanitizing crew for the better part of a year now but they never do, so a large majority of kids and staff are in a perpetual state of being sick. Anything to save as much money as possible. And don't even get me started on what hiring a bunch of immature under-trained teenagers to provide therapy does to the work culture. Just remembering this place makes me sick to my stomach.

The director and staff are grossly dishonest. They accused my son of behaviors and when I asked…read morefor video of it, they claimed they could not show me (even though I asked to come in and view privately). When I advocated for my child, they then tried to lie and fault find with me in an effort to get rid of my son. The Director at Surprise (Debbie Mulder) and her boss (Jaime Goodrich) boss practices racial bias and if you file a complaint about anything they do, they will retaliate by terminating services. They lie like nobody's business and Jaime is just a nasty and rude person (certainly a Karen). I spoke with the founder (Ryan Goodrich - who claimed he is no relation to Jaime but I don't believe it) of the company and he acknowledged that they violated company policy and failed my family in many ways but ultimately covered for the director and did nothing to rectify the situation. Also, you cannot trust the technicians as they are inept and dishonest - it comes from the top! The good technicians quit and told me it was because of the Director. If your child is Black or Brown, be ready for unequal and disparate treatment. My son has made more progress in speech therapy with his current provider (less than 2 months) than almost a year at Ally. The director, who was my son's BCBA did not know anything about toilet training. This place is a joke - especially with technicians like Tressa and Brianna - the worst of the bunch. They hire people with no experience with special needs children and have no business working with them. The turnover was excessive and I understand why. They kept "losing" my son's belongings but I think they were just stealing them or giving them to other kids - make them reimburse you! They just want the money. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR CHILDREN. They will put up a nice front in the beginning but time reveals all. They will cover for staff's wrongdoing and your child does not matter. Take your child here at your own risk. I went here out of desperation and it wasn't worth the fight. There are providers that have the skill-set, professionalism, and compassion for your child. It may take some time and digging but it's worth not having to go through a horrible place like Ally. Not an ally, more like a Foe. Don't be fooled like I was! It will take a toll on you as a parent and you just cannot trust people like this; especially when the leaders operate in this manner. Oh, and it's all about politics here; Jaime is friends with Debbie. This is how she got the job. She has no business being a Director of anything. And I am sure her boss Jaime got the job because she knows the Founder, Ryan. Jaime is rude, nasty, unprofessional and she also should not be directing anything. Sad place. Horrible experience. Dear "Ally" please don't respond by saying I should contact whomever...I spent a ton of time going to the OWNER of the company, Ryan Goodrich, and it was a waste of time. This review is of my experience and my opinion DOES matter; in spite of how they try to invalidate and minimize it.
