They were supposed to refund me for the last class and instead they come back asking for more money. They use the most ancient payment site out there and instead of doing the research on their end first DCU confidently emailed me saying that I had not paid the tuition. Somehow their inefficiency became my problem and I was required to provide evidence of payment along with a nonchalant statement in the email saying "If I did not respond on time then they could charge me $350" AGAIN. We decided to opt out of their recital and you still get charged for all the costume. Yet another way of getting money out of people. And the way they behaved is almost like looking down for not being part of the dance recital. I wonder what they made my daughter do in class if they were choreographing the dance with rest of the class. My daughter has delayed speech and the dance teacher made such a rude comment about a preschooler on the very last day of her class saying "oh your daughter does not follow directions while dancing". Since when did 4 year old start performing at Olympian level with a speech delay? Please do not believe this 5 star rating on YELP. Only 5 reviews and all 5 stars tells that they have removed other negative reviews and manipulated the reviews.

The instructors are so talented, patient, and helpful. They make it a fun environment with friendly chit chat, and either music or a movie playing in the background. I absolutely love that you can bring snacks and drinks as you're there for such a long time. And honestly? Time flies while you're there! Mikayla and Sam are two of my favorite instructors to have when I go. They are so upbeat with such positive and fun vibes. They make it so fun and they are both so genuinely kind. My most recent play was Misery and all I can say is WOW! they did an amazing job working with a small set to create a story that delivered a fantastic performance. It is a small theater but there are no bad seat in the house. They also have special offers for tickets that can make the experience more affordable. The variety of plays include many multicultural plays or including multicultural cast members. I applaud their commitment to diversity. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Parking can be street parking or you can park at the church lot next door during performance nights.
