My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Brandon Hagopian for years. He is our primary care physician. He just recently moved to this location. I know the facility is in a questionable area but I trust in the care we receive. At the moment many doctors are retiring and they are bringing in new physicians so the wait times for getting an appointment aren't instant but worth the wait for the time and effort Dr. Hagopian gives. I truly believe this facility will be running smoothly before we know it and I intend to show them grace during this transition and I appreciate they are helping provide medical for an under served area. After 2 days of experiencing worsening chest cold/flu like symptoms, I decided to seek medical care. I have been a 30 year patient with CPC and have been satisfied with the medical care overall. This negative review is due to the administrative part of their business. I called to see if they could work me in that day to see my primary. They said they couldn't, and I get that. I then asked to see any doctor at the south location and they said yes I could see their nurse practitioner in 5 days. If I thought I could make it 5 days I wouldn't have contacted them in the first place. Now to the core part of my negative review. I had the idea, and asked them would they check to see if any CPC location in the CSRA could get me in that day or the next, and they said absolutely not. I was told they will not allow patients to be seen at a different location but would not give me any reason why. My thoughts were "WTH", as a 30 year patient I had never made this request before. At the end of the conversation they told me to go to an urgent care facility. To recap: CPC has offices all over the CSRA with dozens of doctors available and they refused to let me see any of them to treat my emergent condition. I wound up going to an urgent care facility that of course didn't have access to my medical records and the outcome was not good. Guess I'll wind up at a pharmacy and try the OTC approach to get me through. read more

Absolutely worst primary care & Physician, Dr Riaz Rassekh I've ever experienced. Besides waiting on average 1.5 hours to see the Dr they never call the patient ahead of time to avoid any delays, medical history from previous clinics. The female staff members in both the front desk as well as the desk in the back are extremely rude and do not display good patient care. If there is a problem, they are not willing to help in anyway. A female employee CANCELLED my appointment, on her own without my knowledge and for no reason whatsoever. I tried explaining this to the front desk when I arrived for my appointment. The only thing the front desk stated was "Well, the computer shows you cancelled your appointment" so that is what we are going by. After I made some phone calls, it was determined a employee cancelled the appointment by mistake. Contacted corporate but apparently the only thing they are interested in is POSITIVE FEEDBACK. A senior citizen that was a patient of dr Scott's for more than 20 years was dismissed over a bill that payments were going to be made on. Not only did the patient have Dr Scott as his physician the patient also thought they were friends. It is very disturbing that they care more about money than there patients. Now they are refusing to fill his blood pressure medication. Which is a very dangerous situation. Instead of them reaching out to their patient and talking with them, they decided to throw him out like trash. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use CPC. They may be friendly at first, but if something happens and you aren't able to pay the bill immediately then you will be dismissed. read more

Their online system made an appointment with the one person in the office who could not help me. The nurse attempted to draw my blood without orders or verifying that I was the correct person (hint, I wasn't). They then lost my paperwork to checkout and I had to wait in an exam room until they found it. Completely unprofessional group! read more

Useless Doctors. They will send you for an MRI, then expect you to pay $600.00 without telling you what to expect. And if you don't pay they drop you as a patient. I had been a patient for over 18 years. All this place is concerned about is Medicaid hood rats and Obamacare patients. Screw CPC. If you go there you are a fool. I wouldn't take my dogs to that crap hole. And they can eat the $600.00 they say I own them. CPC is like a ghetto run health department! read more

The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Dr .Robert Franklin is a very caring and understanding person. It hard to find Doctors like that will go that extra mile for there patients. The facility is very clean and plenty of parking spaces. I wouldn't trade them in for nothing. read more

I went to Jodi Krueger at this location a few times. Got prescriptions for smoking cessation and OCD that haven't worked and weren't covered at first. I spoke w/ her about two other issues I was having and she never addressed them. I told her twice, and left with nothing. Not even a talk to figure out where these issues stem from. Therefore, I am not pleased at her services. I also never received results for my last blood work. I guess no news is good news, but still... read more

Both my husband and I have been patients with CPC for a long time (about 5 years) and at first it was an ok place because we were young and fairly healthy people ! My husband gets into a pretty serious car accident and it all goes down hill! We switched from the central office to the south office because it was closer and more convenient! BIG mistake ! He was seen in the ER for a pretty serious sprained ankle and it took 3 days to get him seen by a "doctor" , it was actually a PA ! Anyways , finally I start asking questions as to why it's taking so long and this very polite and curious (insert major eye rolls) lady named Erica gets an attitude and starts explaining a process to me like I'm ignorant ... I don't work at a doctors office , she does and she obviously hates her job and is miserable ! No reason to be rude so anyways moving along ... we get seen by ABBY which is DR. Scott's PA and she comes in with "so your major concern here is pain management and I'll be up front I can give out any meds so do you still want to be seen" ..... YES we need to be seen to see what in the world is going on with my husbands foot that has him in unbearable pain ... just not a great experience all around ! No one there cares about people in general ! read more
