There's been a lot of doctors where I make an appointment while I'm in the middle of debilitating pain but they can't see me for a month, then a month later my condition isn't the same upon the time of appointment. The doctors can't recreate my symptoms on the spot in their office and because I didn't end up in the hospital, they determine that my condition is probably just stress/anxiety and they just order more blood work to "just be sure." I've had to redo this process at least 4 times over the last 2-3 years and I'm still experiencing chronic pain. At this urgent care, the doctor literally sat next to me and scrolled through recent blood tests that I had on my phone and reviewed them on the spot rather than asking me to send them to her directly, she was willing to look at the video recording I had of my muscles uncontrollable twitching, she did an ultrasound of my entire upper body on the spot, she had more blood drawn to get a few other tests done on the spot, she gave me an MRI order for multiple areas of my body on the spot without requiring me get referred to a specialist to get them and wait months, and literally addressed all of my concerns within a single visit. This process would have taken me 2-4months with specialists and my previous primary care physician. I do not yet have a diagnosis but having found a doctor who was willing to simply listen to my experiences, run tests, and attempt to address my problems in a timely manner after 2-3 years of chronic pain feels like a blessing. I literally cried after leaving from the relief. This urgent care is amazing 100/100

After seeing them on Tuesday my GI doctor said that I need to see a colorectal surgeon. She called his office and explained my situation and made an appointment for the following morning. They actually were able to squeeze me into their scheduled in the Reston office. He was very thorough in explaining my condition and comforting to me about my outcome. Fast forward to 2020, I noticed that my daughter seemed to be having allergy issues so I decided to seek out Dr Yoon again because his service was outstanding during my visit with him. I was happy to find that he opened his own practice in Ashburn so I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. The scheduling process was very swift and I was able to sign up to their patient portal on the same day with the assistance of the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. I took my daughter to her appointment yesterday and was very pleased with the cleanliness, high tech equipment and aroma of the office. The women at the front desk were friendly and greeted us with a smile. We arrived about 15 minutes early and did not have to wait until our appointment time to be seen. Just as I had remembered, Dr Yoon was very pleasant and easy going. My daughter was found to be allergic to trees and cat hair. Dr Yoon was super informative, knowledgeable and gave us more than enough information on treating her allergies moving forward. He also gave us a good amount of sample products to take home with us. I highly recommend him for your allergy needs. He was willing, ready and able to answer all of the questions we had. He took his time and that alone shows that he's passionate about the work he does. You may think that you have checked in, as you receive: "You're all Set" message at the end and then you find out after wasting your precious time that you still need to check in at the lobby. Doctors often will tell you lies or just tell you straight to your face that they will not send you to a specialist with excuses that do not make sense even if you request to do so due to a visible conditions. The whole institution feels like a bandage only - if you know what I mean. They just keep taking your money and you get nothing in return.

I've had the best experience and results from both the therapists. Pathik is very knowledgeable and could identify the issue and a path for treatment course with the first session. I started to see progress with my 3rd and 4th sessions. His focussed massages and treatments really helped me. My wife had an issue with her shoulder and severe mobility issues with her right hand. This was during the first year of pandemic and she had several telephonic sessions with therapist Elizabeth D. While telephonic sessions had its limitations and my wife couldn't see much progress, Elizabeth suggested my wife to visit for an in-person session if she was comfortable. My wife did and started to see improvements immediately! We hope we wouldn't need another physiotherapy session but if we do, we will sure look to Jackson's clinic and schedule an apt with Pathik or Elizabeth. I am sure other therapists are good as well.

This is not the case here which I can only assume our surgeon was unaware as this was his recommendation. There were a few red flags when we arrived for our first appointment which I chose to look past initially. The reception staff seemed disinterested, preoccupied and unwelcoming. As Therapy started for our daughter, a high level athlete, the therapist seemed very put out we wanted to be present during the first session but grudgingly cooperated. As it turns out it was a good decision as apparently the therapist missed the one thing the doctor insisted not to do on the paperwork presented to her, and halfway through began to attempt. During the next one hour appointment we did not oversee, but feedback was lukewarm from our daughter. What I could point out is that we also have a professional rehabilitation trainer who sent and tried to coordinate with the PT and received little response or interest. On the third appointment the PT spent the first half on our daughter, sent her to do expertises on her own, and took a second patient during our appointment time which I watched from the seating area. It seems, even though I was a new client, that standard procedure is to schedule as many clients as possible and double revenue at the detriment to all clients. PT is something that should require 100% of a therapists attention. To be splitting their time between clients unacceptable and morally wrong. I have always been a person who is find spending money no matter the cost to achieve a desired result but only if the value equals the cost. It makes no difference whether you are paying or insurance is covering the cost, in the end, one way or another you're paying. You may be losing valuable recovery time if not your hard earned money. This is one of those instances when sending a message to the business is best served by avoiding their establishment. There are far too many businesses who put the clients best interest first.

SO, as mentioned above I needed an urgent care facility as I was feeling beyond miserable and my local tried and true facility wasn't open for some odd reason so I searched and found this establishment. Reviews were great so I said perfect, yet upon arrival I literally sat in my car second guessing even going in because I've been spoiled by the likes of Inova and Patient First where "curb appeal" is a thing (& matters). Yet I got over myself and went in because as I said I was sick! Upon entry I again said maybe I need to keep searching because you literally can see the dust on many of the items that are both on the floor and strewn upon the tables and walls .... and there's so much tattered signage on the wall you don't know what to look at or what's relevant .... But the service! The front desk woman was phenomenal! Her "bedside manner" was top notch as I listened to her ease the worries of folks on the phone and simultaneously take care of me and one other patient. She was truly the shining star of this establishment. And my wait time was non existent which was really nice! I completed paperwork, insurance was verified and the doctor saw me right away. The doctor was interesting because I felt as though she was more interested in my nail design and handbag than in truly paying attention to what I was sharing about my illness.... But she diagnosed me and sent my prescriptions right over to the pharmacy with no issues.
