The person stated that she heard me but wanted to get the pictures. My vein was blown due to how fast the contrast was running. The tech needed to hold my vein and "push out the contrast before letting me go. This person as rude, dismissive and displayed no empathy for the pain s caused.

They dropped my husband last month because they didn't want to do his VA renewal anymore. They had numerous medical records on me (PFTs, hospital records, etc) to know that I am oxygen dependent as well as my Trelegy 200 but they wanted to see how much inconvience and expenses their actions could cause us. I logged into the patient portal to get a copy of my six minute walk report and that is when I found out I had been dropped. 5/15/2026 just got a call from Rotech that Jolene L. called in an order for a portable O2 machine instead of renewing my prescription for the home O2 concentrator machine. I don't need a portable I need the big concentrator.

People have to take off work, arrange the days- no that anyone here cares/ you also are dealing with SICK people that need assessments to for their care. Your lack of professional and concern for patients disgusting. I hope you're all treated with the same respect you show your patients. Your staffing issue is not your patients problem. This is unacceptable. The physical plant is filthy. The floors are stained, the bathroom has not been cleaned in days.
