I broke that rule because I thought Lowe's was a stand up company, but when it hit the fan, they told me to go screw myself, not their problem. They said it's the store's policy to charge a $20 restock fee regardless. After contacting harbor freight customer service I was issued a $25 gift card. I'm not sure I want to purchase anything else from harbor freight in the future.
