Ran down, ran out of skates, won't smooth the ice, and don't have the little stand/walker things to help little ones stay up. Besides all that it was fun for me. Daughter hated it.

Home to the year round skating club, this is a cool arena that offers daily public ice strolling from one o'clock to ten o'clock unless otherwise, very cool. The ice rink is well kept but the rest of the house is in dire need of a little love. This establishment also offers an area where one can have birthday parties. But come prepared to do some major work to make the room look decent enough for the event.Curios about roughing it up like the pro? A learn to skate and play program is in place for kids ages 5-9 with all the real gear for a true hockey team experience. The arena is rarely crowded so it makes it enjoyable for the first timers and also if you're just starting up. Overall a great place to skate but has a lot of flaws. I've been here a copious amount of times and every time I'm here the snack shop is closed and they will not allow any outside food. The vending machine is always the same, practically empty but still no food from the outside allowed, really? One last thing, the coffee machine is almost always out of order and I'm not about to look for a St.Bernard, get it.And this is my chilled out take on the Yeti's cave,Peace out.

Super fun spot! Gets super cold (duh), but they have an area that helps a tad bit. Workers are friendly and the arena in clean and friendly.

I went today for a public skate session. The ice was watery and melted. The skates were horrible. Don't recommend.

I booked the birthday package for 10 kids, which included one pizza and one pitcher of soda for $199. When we arrived, I was surprised to learn that every adult also had to pay a $12.50 admission fee, even if they weren't skating. This wasn't clearly disclosed on the website or during the pre-party confirmation call, which was frustrating. I spoke with the manager, Jasmine, and she completely understood my concerns. She explained that they're under new management and appreciated the feedback. She said they plan to make the website and party policies much more transparent so future customers know about the adult admission fees in advance. She also adjusted my bill, which I truly appreciated. As for the party itself, it was fantastic! The kids had an amazing time, and our party host, Momma, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could enjoy the celebration. Despite the initial misunderstanding, the staff handled the situation professionally and showed they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. We really appreciate their accommodations and understanding, and we'll definitely be back!

She explained safety about the ice skating shoes and what was best. There was barely anyone on the ice which was really nice! Bathrooms were nice and clean. They have bleachers in case people just want to sit and watch while their kids skate. Vending machines were available for a little snack and Pac-Man game which was cool! Brandon and Brooklyn were very friendly when they were helping us with our skates. Overall the music and this ice skating rink was so much fun. They offer little reindeer's for I believe anyone younger than 10 years old for 10.00 per 1/2 hr. Which helped my daughter find her balance and glide away! Love this place we will be coming back soon.

Signed up for their tot intro classes through the city, with zero experience. After 3 lessons,…read moretheir tot coaches advice to take the lo to advance tot since lo was moving too fast for the tot class. And lo finished the rest of the classes in advance tot with coach Larry. Here's the issue, we noticed that he wasn't interacting much with the kids, mind you the ad tot class is smaller, usually around 10 kids at most. Sometimes it's just him teaching sometimes with another coach. Lo hasn't progressed at all by the time we finished the city program, but since she expressed interest, we thought why not sign up for their monthly package. Second weekend of June, when we got there, it was coach Larry teaching 4 kids in the ad tot class. Thought it was gonna be great, cuz now it's actually less kids and he can spend more time teaching these kids right? NO! Absolutely not! He still skates on his own, giving verbal instructions only. The other three kids are already gliding, but our lo was still making baby steps, and obviously left behind struggling at all time. We saw no attempt of him trying to physically showing how it's done or how it should be done. After class, I approached coach Larry and told him we noticed our lo is always behind, before I could continue to ask what could've been done to help, right off the bat he said "so what do you want me to do? I don't know magic and make her know how to skate. Some kids are so talented and they learned fast, some take more time. Everyone's is good at one thing but not another. I can't sing, can you?" WTH was that?! We all know people learn at different pace but did he have to be this condescending?! From that moment on I knew he wasn't approachable nor professional. I just said thanks (not because I wanted to nor he deserve any! but for the sake of showing mannerism in front of my kid) and walked away. Lo has NOT progressed since she moved to ad tot with coach Larry and we were aware and wanted to express concerns. His attitude was definitely out of line! We were so upset and wanted to actually just ask for a refund. As we were asking the attendant regarding the issue, Larry walked over and be like you can sign up with coach Megan for private lesson. Again, WTH?! Why couldn't he just suggest that to begin with? Instead of WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. I CANT SING CAN YOU? We later talked to coach Megan and the owner coach Rebecca, they both apologized for what happened but it wasn't even their fault. At least they agreed that he didn't have to delivered the way he did. We switched over to Coach Rebeccas class the following week to finish the rest of the sessions. Thb all of their staff are nice and approachable up until this interaction with coach Larry. despite the big group classes, I've seen these tot coaches had help these kids, hand in hand demonstrating and guiding these little ones to skate. It's unfortunate to have such incident to ruin the experience but a healthy learning environment and positive interactions are more important.

We were supposed to go in at 3:30, we did not go in until 3:45 according to staff it was due to the previous party taking long to leave... we were the second ones to arrive but our party was the the last one to get seated and that's only because my sister asked one of the girls. Once in there everything was fine until they brought the pizza. The pizza was cold! We were never told the do not make the pizza there! The package we got came with 4 pizzas and we were told on the phone that if we needed more we could just let them know the day of but it would take a little longer. Once the pizza arrived besides being cold we realized it was from little Caesars. I don't mind the pizza being from there BUT at least make sure it's hot! The young lady who was helping us with the pizza and drinks would just take things without asking. When it was time to clean she didn't ask if people were done, she just started taking off the plastic table cover with everything still on the table and rolling it getting ready to throw everything away until we told her that there was personal stuff on there! That's just rude! You ask if people are done not just assume everything on the table is trash. Then she took the pitchers with soda without letting anyone know and people were still drinking specially when they were done skating. When it was time the security starts staring you down by your table and starts saying you need to hurry up and get all your things, my husband told him oh you guys want us to hurry but didn't mind letting us in late well now we're going to take our time. Overall this place needs a lot of improvement when it comes to organizing parties. Train your employees to always ask the people on their tables if they are done with something before throwing it away or taking it away. Sell little Caesar's pizza double/triple the price but at least make sure it's hot before serving it!

If you bring your own you don't have to rent or pay a fee, just your ticket for entry. It's been more packed now so the line to get in is longer, getting a table is harder, parking is worse. PARKING: The parking lot is small so I had to park around the block, but it's not a long walk. But now that's it's busier you have to drive around the block tryna find street parking. Unfortunately, after that, the rink became extremely crowded and the temperature inside became very uncomfortable. It got to the point where it was difficult to enjoy skating because there were so many people on the floor and it was so hot. The concession lines were very long, and the prices felt high. I was also disappointed by the policy that outside water and snacks are not allowed. When I was paying at the window, I was told I could not bring in my water bottle (I explained it was empty), and I was eventually told "ok". However, having to pay 50 cents just to refill a water bottle seems excessive, especially at a place where people are exercising and getting overheated. Plus, having to wait in line is very inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what we got. If the rink were less crowded, better ventilated, and more accommodating with basic necessities like water, it would be a much better experience.
