I just finished 3-years of storing stuff here. The place was always clean, well kept, and well-managed. While moving out I faced the dilemma of having to unload our storage unit late in the day on the last day of the month and we were running late. Rather than leaving and causing me to have to pay another full month for being an hour late moving out, the manager stayed late and checked us out when we finished. Classic bait-and-switch. They proudly advertise "$20 for your first month," but leave out the part where that only applies to whatever scraps are left in the calendar month. I booked on April 30th - got charged $20 for less than 24 hours, then hit with a full $229 bill on May 1st. Surprise! The staff? Think DMV vibes but without the warmth or charm. Prices aren't great, nothing feels worth it, and after I left a review explaining all of this, they emailed to terminate my lease - while still keeping my full May payment. Super professional, right? I now have no choice but to keep the unit through May 31, because I already paid. If you enjoy being gaslit by storage companies and paying full price for two days of use, this place is for you. I'd like to start by saying that I am seven months pregnant. A few weeks ago, when this story transpired, was one of the only days allocated for my husband and I to move stuff around in storage. We spent a good few hours doing so before I had to use the restroom. This was shortly before 5pm, but still before 5pm. Upon trying to use third floor bathroom, because that's the floor our storage is on, both doors were locked. Both doors are ALWAYS locked on third floor. Even if it's the middle of the day, the only bathroom ever open is first floor(SOMETIMES). I then went down to first floor and was greeted by a note saying "bathrooms are clean and closed for the day". I am 7 months pregnant and didn't have a bathroom to use! Again, this is one of the only days we had allocated to come to your facility, so I then had to ran around the plaza looking for a restroom. I'm not sure if you've ever been 7 months pregnant, but that was a huge challenge. This left my husband to do mostly everything himself. While we were loading up the car, we saw one of your workers locking up the office. Mind you, we were never told that bathrooms close at 5pm. We were under the assumption that if you guys are open, so are restrooms. He asked her why the bathrooms are locked so early when you guys have operating hours til 8PM? She said customers cause too much damage. This is an absurd answer considering you have a state of the art camera system, and everybody who has access to the building, you have info for. If that truly issue an issue, I apologize, but you can do what you need to recoup your money. My husband asked the woman who's in charge, what's her name, and a number we can have. She refused to give us anything, esp her name and stated that she's not from around here. she's from the hood, this is why she doesn't deal with us "white folk" and we're disrespectful. I'm sorry but since when is asking to use a restroom at seven months pregnant an issue?!? She told us that she'll have her boyfriend deal with us if we keep it up. My husband let it go realizing that we're not going to get an answer out of her. She didn't let it go. She cursed us out from her window as she "drove away" She didn't actually drive away. She waited on the other side of the building for thirty mins, waiting for us to leave and then proceeded to follow us home! Thank god my husband noticed her and pulled off onto a random street where she then proceeded to block the exit of for a good min and a half. As we feared for our safety, and our unborn baby, we had no choice but to call the cops. When we went back to our storage unit, after talking to the police, our code wouldn't work anymore. She locked us out from being able to retrieve our property. So now, not only is she stalking us, and threatening us, but she has full access to our account info, which has all of our person info on it! She's withholding our personal possessions that we pay over $200 a month to keep in this facility. I don't trust that she won't do something malicious! This has put a huge stress on my pregnancy, mentally and physically I haven't felt right since this sort of confrontation. I am not used to this! All my husband did was try to stick up for me, like he would any other pregnant woman who was simply trying to use the restroom. This has gone over the line and she really should be terminated immediately. Just an update, but obviously this company doesn't care for their customers because since this has happened, we have been evicted from the unit and trespassed from the plaza. Tell me how this is fair? If I could give a negative star I would. There are so many other storage units in the area. Pick any of them over this one!! read more

This is a good/bad review.....was supposed to move a week ago, whole thing fell apart, but Graham at this location was amazing, helpful, kind as could be. Fast forward to this week, after asking Graham if I could reschedule for this week, he says "no problem, just give us a call". Ok....so I call today and get Nina on the phone....very vague, says she'll call me right back, but never does....I have to call her multiple times just to get her on the phone once. I have to repeat this process 2 more times, her famous words "I'll call you right back" said again....but she never gets back to me. She tells me they don't have what I need but she'll make a reservation for me at another store, and she'll "call me right back with the info". She never does. It's getting late, I'm starting to get worried....so I google other uhauls in the area, and find the place where she made my reservation. I had no clue where this place was, or the number...or if the reservation was even made. FINALLY--I find out I do have a reservation, and where I can pick up the truck. Bottom line, if you're lucky enough to get Graham--wonderful! You'll get great service. If you manage to have Nina answer the phone once--RUN! She's absolutely awful, flaky, and completely not helpful in any way at all. read more

This company auctioned off our storage unit saying they didn't have a source of updated payment and that they couldn't reach us. We had been solid customers for a couple of years. Our contact information had not changed. I HAD contacted them when our credit card info changed and DID update our payment information. We NEVER ONCE were told there was trouble processing payment. We went to get into our unit and the key didn't work. Our things had been auctioned off. Regardless of some valuable things that were in there, the most tragic and heartbreaking losses we're our family Christmas ornaments. All the handmade ones from our kids, those collected on trips, and sentimental ones gifted to our family. Now our Christmas tree has NONE of this. This Christmas was so sad putting our tree up. No ornaments to remember past Christmases with the fond memories. No handprint ornaments, pre-school photo ornaments. Can't replace the baby's first Christmas ornaments... Wvery time I think about it my heart sinks. These people didn't car one bit. We had other issues in the past with leaks and ruined furniture. That should have been a sign that these people really don't care. Stay away. read more
