Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

When they finally picked up my car, I received a notification saying it had been delivered to my mechanic -- but two hours later, my mechanic confirmed it had never arrived. When I called the tow company, they casually said, "Oh, the driver is pulling into the driveway now." Somehow, my car had disappeared for hours between pickup and delivery. When I finally got my vehicle back, all four wheels were completely misaligned, suggesting it had been driven off the flatbed -- possibly for a joyride. The owner claimed their trucks have cameras and promised to review the footage, but it's been over a month, and they still haven't produced anything. At this point, it's clear they're either hiding something or never had cameras at all. I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
