We were a little worried about the quality of work we'd get since the quote was a bit cheaper, but after picking up our car we are so happy with the work. The car legit looks brand new. The were able to fix the air bag sensor and replace only the needed parts without excessive charing us for things we didn't need. The car runs just like it did before the accident, but it looks much prettier. They were able to match the paint identical to the rest of the body of the car. As a surprise they also completely vacuumed and detailed the inside of the car. This was not expected and further added to the experience of feeling like we were driving a new car. Aside from appearances and feel of the car, I appreciated how transparent this shop was. They itemized everything they said they would fix without any surprise charges. They also communicated when the car would be ready and called us when they realized they'd need a couple more days. I highly recommend this shop for their work and honesty!!

First off I literally never write reviews for anything. That being said…read more... These guys are A1! The entire passenger side of my CR-V was wrecked due to a hit and run. I took my car to Rader because they're an authorized Honda repair shop. They quoted me a much lower price than the previous shop that I got an estimate from. When I went to pick my car up they informed me that because they had to replace instead of repair my door the price was significantly higher. They didn't make me pay the difference and they even repainted a ding on the opposite door of the car free of charge. Combine that with the fact that my ride looks as good as the day that I drove it off the showroom floor. I'm a happy camper. Hopefully I won't need another repair but if I do I'm not even looking anywhere else!

Hard review to write, old family friends but I was severely disappointed in their service. I was…read more'told' one price, its body work- I understand things come up, which my written estimate once it was in there was another $250. When I finally got the final bill is was another $200+, so almost 500 over budget that I planned for...Strike 1. This was one dent, and some rust repair on a truck bed, not major accident damage. Of course they tried to tell me it was still a good deal, and they did way more than I was billed. The work? the bed repair looks like something I could've done in the garage although it is solid, and the dent I can still see. The paint looks very good, but they did nothing about some scratches on the tailgate and a fresh nick down to the metal right next to the drivers lock, removed the bed liner but left the foam 'cushion' stuck to the bed so I guess they aren't real thorough...Strike 2. I should mention I was just glad to get the truck back, because they had it 35 days! which was originally going to be a week...Strike 3. I think they value insurance jobs, and their city contracts, cash customers just get done whenever they can fit it in. Cash only no cards, no computers, old school body shop. They are great friendly people but overall I can't give them a recommendation based on my experience.
