Gene restored the front end of my 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid when I'd bought it from a dealer and it had an undisclosed accident. He worked with me to stay within my budget and communicated every step of the way. When I was ready to have more work to restore it a year later, he didn't hesitate, staying in my budget. When the car had mechanical issues that were outside his scope? He referred me to his dad's garage up the way who treated me just as kindly and helpfully. This year I brought him my moms old Suzuki after she got in a fender bender. I would never recommend them for any service again. They look to cut corners, place liability of their inability for repairs on sublet and their customers, are discourteous, and continually provide false updates on the repair status (very inconvenient when you are planning your day around when they will have the car ready, while also caring for two small children around their 'updates'). I would only recommend this shop for people who enjoy getting the run around, being belittled and repeatedly mislead, and needing a repair lifetime warranty for a place you wouldn't step back into again. 1/5 , would put 0, but it's not possible.

They have always made sure to take such good care of me/my car in every way they can . I was in an accident in 2019 where I was rear ended . They did all the work through insurance at that time . They paid for my rental , & took care of the issue . Well the same issue started again (not necessarily an issue with the repair but nonetheless) Again they said "bring us the car & we will have a rental waiting" . They had ZERO obligation to help me let alone cover the cost ! Had they required payment I would have been out of a car honestly . They not only fixed the shop's mistake from the backup camera , they cleaned the ENTIRE inside of my car to get rid of the mold & mold smell . They didn't ask for a dime , & even after apologizing 500 times honestly didn't one time make me feel bad !
