Had a scrape on my car from the garage door. Stopped in for an estimate and they cleaned off the paint and buffed it out on the spot. They didn't even charge me. I was involved in a hit and run accident on June 2nd. My car was supposed to be ready by June 29th. They were texting me on a regular with updates. However, the closer it got to the proposed finish line, " crickets!" So I called and was told instead of June 29th it wouldn't be ready until July 2nd. I had to turn in my rental July 1st! Well, July 2nd turned into July 9th. Tim, whoever he is, was so nonchalant about keeping my vehicle longer than dictated. I only took my car there as my car insurance Grange considers them as their premier body shop! What a joke! If you want to be treated with respect don't take your business here! I wish I could give them no stars! Took my car in on 09/20/22 and didn't get it back until OCTOBER 28th!!! I almost ran out of my rental days! Tim is a joke. Heard from him one time since the whole ordeal. They are a "preferred"shop for Grange so just know they are going to screw you at the end. My car was vandalized by the "Kia boys" trying to steal my Hyundai and they shattered my windshield, side mirror and broke my ignition, spilled everything in the car coffee, soda and whatever they had it was soaked. At the end, I picked my car up with stained seats and lining from the spillage told me to bring it back, they did a 15 min detailing and told me to come back after it dries to see the extent of the seats, if they had to be replaced. Got a call back from grange stating the shop said the stains were prior to the incident and now after 7 weeks I'm still in a dirty, stained car. SHADY! Do not go!!! STAY AWAY!! read more

Horrible. They Had our car for weeks. Didn't even fix everything because they're trying to say some of the damage on our BRAND NEW CAR was there prior to the accident. And refused to give us our car until we paid a $500 deductible when the repairs were being paid for by someone else's insurance because the accident wasn't our fault. After they told us we wouldn't owe anything when we brought it in. The guy who runs the place is a real jerk to boot. Take your business elsewhere if you're not in the mood for a giant headache. Once upon a time this was an excellent car repair service company. We have used them twice previously and were impressed by their professional efforts and work. However, this time out they have been neither. They are already one week late (so far) and have not returned any calls for a few days now. After being told that my vehicle was "in finale assembly" on December 21 and that it generally takes one day sometimes two it is now December 30 and I do not expect to see my vehicle this year. read more

My car was damaged in an accident that was the fault of the other driver. I was under the impression that Dodds was "working" on my vehicle since the accident. They ship out your vehicle to another shop if anything mechanical is wrong with it. A month and a half goes by and they tell me my car is ready for pick up. I pick up my vehicle and now notice a crunching noise from the back of my car that I was never told about. I bring my car back and tell them the car still needs repaired and they state "it's a known issue with your car and the insurance company won't pay for it". This noise never happened before the accident. I am now in the process of getting this approved between the insurance company and a dealership. This company does not fight for your best interest. When trying to speak with them about this problem they advised "they have an attorney sitting on his @ss ready for a lawsuit, so bring it on." And that any concerns that I have about how this was handled would be a waste of my time to address. Go with a company that cares about you and your vehicle. read more

Dropped off my car on 6/11 for repairs after being rearended. My insurance co recommended this place as it's on their list of preferred shops. They set up my rental which did not arrive on time when I came to drop off my car even though Enterprise had called to confirm date/time. Mary at front desk got this all straitened out without me having to make any calls. I came back later & Enterprise was there with my rental. Arrived 6/13 to pick up my own car, but the body work didnt look so good at all. I discussed this with 1 of the service workers. I kept my rental which Mary again took care of & Dodd's kept my car. Arrived again to pick up my car 6/16. This time repairs were completed to my satisfaction, inside vaccumed, & outside washed when my car was returned to me. Overall I was pleased even though they didn't get it right the 1st time. Issues with rental car not Dodd's fault & Mary helped with that immensely. & all I had to do was show the worker where/why I was unsatisfied with the body work. They took my car right back & fixed it promptly with no arguments. I also purchased an alignment which wasn't covered by my insurance. Their price was $59.99 which I thought quite reasonable. Due to a really stupid run in with my carport, I opened a claim with my insurance company who recommended Dodd's for repairs. I called them and spoke with Mary. I dropped the car off and waited for Enterprise to pick me up, which they confirmed with both Mary and myself. They finally showed after an hour of waiting. By reading other reviews, EVERYONE has issues with Enterprise!!! Anyway...Within a week, Mary called to say that my car was ready. The car looks great!!! Dodds has a great team of employees!!! I highly recommend Dodds to anyone needing auto body work! They are friendly and very reliable!! read more
