It was like pulling teeth just to get someone to show up and give us an estimate (a common thing here in Maine), let alone find someone who would show up to do the job. We have a lot of trees on our property, and the rake / tarp method takes too much time. I first saw the Cyclone Rake on TV 4 or 5 years ago, and thought it looked pretty good. Upon the recommendation of clients who are Cyclone Rake owners, I decided to give it a shot. This product (Cyclone Rake XL) is, without a doubt, the best piece of yard equipment I have ever used. It truly works as advertised, which is a rare thing. It is extremely well-built, easy to assemble, and easy to use. So far, it has made very short work of our spring cleanup, and I have put it to the test with wet, heavy leaves that have been on the ground since last fall. In addition to the high quality of the product, the customer service at Woodland Power Products is second to none in my opinion. Emails / phone calls are returned promptly, and the employees are courteous and know their product extremely well. My only regret is that I didn't buy a Cyclone Rake sooner. No more waiting for landscape contractors to not show up!!

Kerry called and took some time getting to know what I wanted and details about the target. It couldn't have turned out better. The lyrics he made up for the song were spot on and hilarious. Meanwhile I got another company that was really good do deal with, lots of options and great communication. Kerry is still at this point writing rude emails. Terrible customer service. Rude communication. So glad I didn't book them. And now I never will.

He was funny (as accurately advertised), engaging, and good at his job! lol We hired Allen very last minute for a community talent show hosted by our church. We were grateful for his availability and quick correspondence. He arrived early for our sound check and was easy to work with. We had him on stage for 30 min then on walk around for the 30 min intermission. The stage performance was fantastic. Allen works the crowd up and gets people involved. The room shifted quickly from entertained applause to a loud "OH SNAPS"and "NOOO". I stepped outside during intermission but could hear very clearly the intermittent "OHHHHH's" as Allen performed his walk-around. Long story short - I am very thankful Allen pursued his magic side gig and I'm on the lookout for another chance to hire him.
