Great Internal Medicine Doctor…read more I've been seeing Dr. Mora since 2009 where he helped me out a great deal. Since then he's moved locations to the building down the street, the office is bigger and more updated that his previous location. The staff is REALLY friendly, instead of calling me to the window for my information the receptionist walked out with a clipboard and handed it to me while taking my insurance card and picture ID. Seldom have I ever seen this happen at a doctor's office. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and was out in an hour and a half, which was great, they don't double book. I was called in 30 mins after check in, the nurse took my vitals and weighed me. The ONLY thing that sucked was the blood pressure machine (automatic one) it has a death grip! Very friendly nurse, everyone knows how much it sucks to be weighed... It's like you're being put on trial, any ways she was super relaxed and chill. I was put in the room to wait for the doctor, roughly 10-15 mins later he came in. Dr. Mora is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with each patient. He's very caring and offers alternatives to whatever your ailment is. Check out is a breeze since everything is digital he had all my prescriptions ready to go as soon as he exited the room.

Donna really knows her stuff and untangled the issue I was having with my pain management office. She took care of it and called me back and let me know what the problem was and how she resolved it. If I've needed to be seen I can get in. Not with the MD usually but the PA and APRN really know their stuff. I had to get paperwork done for my insurance claim and they did it and let me know it was done. I hear back about lab and X-ray results and they have a portal you can email them.

The Doctor was great and I was prepared to schedule the recommended procedure. I waited 4 months for the staff to get my insurance approval. After I called several weeks in a row I finally got a call back saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I requested my records so that I could appeal with my insurance. They never sent them. After many calls later they told me they would charge me $1 per page for my records. To get the insurance to pay THEM!! So disappointing. Now I won't go back even if it gets covered. UPDATE: The day after this review was posted the Doctor posted for me to contact him. He immediately made sure I could get ALL of my records, spoke to his staff, and called me back to make sure they took care of everything.

I feel like their online appointment app shouldn't schedule appointments when they are really busy. The waiting room was quite cold and I found the chairs uncomfortable....probably because I was achy. Once I was called the staff was very kind and helpful.  They took my vitals, ran a few tests and called in some prescriptions for me. The process was fast once I was called back. I actually started feeling better by evening. I will definitely continue to choose this UrgentMed location. The waiting room can be long; but probably much faster and less expensive than visiting the ER!

I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because they only had 2 people working at the time. The location is easy to find and the parking lot has a nice amount of spaces for everyone that needs to come here. The lobby is always clean and there is more than eniugh seating as well. One of their main entrance doors is stuck so there is only one door to come in and out. The rooms are clean but very small so I feel like I'm ontop of everyone when there is more than two people in the room at a time.
