Incredible group of people that run the 2 locations (downtown RI, Utica Ridge Bettendorf) Who are very friendly and eager to help you or make a delicious smoothie from their smoothie bar for you. Both facilities have everything you could want for an excellent workout and are cleaned very frequently and efficiently. All of this for a beyond reasonable price has made me never look back. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Layout and Space (2/5) The layout appears to be an attempt to be a fun and different gym with each room (place used to be a racketball court), but it fails as it feels cheaply and lazily done. How the equipment is spread out makes super-setting very difficult. A scavenger hunt is needed to find plates, cable attachments, and clips. Floors are really gross and appear to rarely be cleaned, while there is what seems like a forever broken hottub in the locker room the owners seem to not care to replace or remove to spruce up the feel from decrepid to decent. 1 male bathroom has a gerry-rigged stall and 1 urinal, but gross and there is never soap or paper towels. Atmosphere (1/5): The gym doesn't foster any Atmosphere. If you go hard and push yourself, you will get shunned and many patrons are there simply to get a "feel-good" workout as there is not intensity or focus. The issues with the equipment and layout make it difficult to push yourself here. The atmosphere is also abit gross with the clientele that go. Hours: 24/7 with a phone operated entry is a positive. For any serious or semi-serious fitness or weightlifter, it's not the go-to gym. Hours and location are convenient but that is about it.

I was gifted a massage from anywhere in the Quad Cities as a gift and I chose The Spa at Rhythm…read moreCity Casino because I had heard good things about the massages. I arrived about 20 minutes early and was greeted, checked in, and given a brief tour of the spa facilities. The spa staff was very friendly. The spa has many different amenities - a sauna, an ice room, steam showers, a hot tub, restrooms, a changing room, and lockers for personal belongings. After changing and locking my personal belongings up, I was a bit disappointed to see how busy the spa was. The sauna was out of commission, and the ice room and hot tub were completely filled with chatting women, which made it impossible for me to enjoy the amenities of the spa. I am not social, and was wanting an experience of peace and relaxation. I ended up going into the receiving room early and just waiting for my massage. They offered water and hot tea which was very nice. My massage was scheduled for 2 PM and at about 2:05, my masseuse retrieved me. We discussed my answers on the brief questionnaire I had filled out upon arrival and she left me in the room to get settled before she came in to start the massage. My actual massage started at somewhere closer to 2:15 or 2:20. My masseuse was very nice and professional, although she seemed inexperienced and tentative in her movements. My massage lacked fluidity and flow, and at times it felt more like a chiropractic appointment than a massage. She focused a lot on pressure points in my hips rather than addressing the tension in my neck and shoulders like we had discussed, and I had noted on the questionnaire. It was very hard for me to relax during the massage due to my masseuse talking to me, loud noises and talking coming from the spa hallway, and loud background noises like my masseuse's chair wheels on the tile floor. At one point in time, I was tangled up in the blankets after rolling over which detracted from the relaxation aspect. Over the course of my 90 minute massage I think there were 3 separate hot towels put on me, which wasn't hurtful - just not massaging like I paid for and was expecting. When my masseuse was finished, she handed me a small bottle of water and led me back into the receiving room and told me that I was free to enjoy the amenities for the rest of the afternoon, but I was definitely ready to leave. It was 3:30 sharp, and if I had to estimate how many minutes I was massaged out of my 90 minute massage, I would guess closer to 50-60 minutes. I immediately changed and walked out to the front desk to check out. The staff member at the front desk informed me that there was a mistake and no one checked me in upon arrival in the computer system. Therefore, my card on file was charged the entirety of the massage as a "no show," when I had planned on paying in cash. While they refunded me the charge to my card, the refund won't show up for a few days and it was completely avoidable. I left The Spa a little disappointed with my experience, and feeling the exact same way that I had arrived. I didn't feel like it helped me relax, and I didn't feel like it was worth the money for the atmosphere, amenities, and massage I received. I think there are better places to find a massage in the QC area, and I probably would not return here.

From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness and nice set up catches your eye. They give you the most comfortable robes that makes you feel so relaxed and it wasn't cheap. I could probably sleep in that robe. The locker room, showers, jacuzzi, and cold room were super clean. I had a little time before my massage started and I went into the cold room. It felt so good on my sore muscles and joints. It's not as cold as Cryo but it was super relaxing. Their waiting area was stocked with water, champagne, mimosas, and hot tea. My massage therapist's name was Courtney and she was wonderful. She worked on all the areas that needed extra TLC. Thank you for making this spa experience worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a Jet controller that came loose and they blamed us for over turning the jet. This jet was not sealed and glued to the tub like the rest of the jet controls. Then Huff Pool and Spa charged me a service charge or a Jet control that has not been properly installed. I called the company and they told me that since I purchased a new winter cover for the hot tub I voided warranty. What does a cover have to do with a Jet? Both Huff Pool and Spa and QCA will do anything to say you voided warranty. Run far away from this spa company. Buy a Jacuzzi Brand, totally worth the money.

Between 2017 and 2019, my parents, my neighbors, and myself all bought the exact same 2 person hot tub from QCA, and all 3 of us have had problems despite taking very good care of our hot tubs. We each spent nearly $3k each on the hot tub. Both my parents and I had to replace our hot tub covers after just 2 years because they were disintegrating. By 2021, the circuit board on our friend's hot tub stopped working - they spent nearly $1k to repair and replace it. Just 4 years into owning our hot tub, the entire wood base of our hot tub crumbled and has literally fallen apart - the hot tub is totally unstable and unusable. We checked the wood base of my parent's hot tub & they are having the same problem with a rotting wood base. When we contacted QCA, we learned the wood used to build the base IS NOT pressure treated at all. QCA customer service has been non-existent. The purchasing manager (initials are RM) is extremely difficult to get ahold of. After 2 months, he finally offered me a measly $150 to repair 1 hot tub, even though it will cost roughly $1k (labor & materials) to hire someone to rebuild a new base. The manager has stopped returning emails and he has never returned a phone call. I have asked multiple times to speak with the owner of the company and have never heard from him or her either. We have not been able to use our hot tub since January 2023 and it is now almost May - still no resolution or response from the company. I would strongly recommend that you NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - they have at least 2 formal complaints and 1 poor review with the BBB. Based on these other complaints, I know QCA will reply and say that some of my info is false, that I did not take care of my hot tub correctly, and they will "defend" their side of the story, etc. The bottom line is that QCA is not held accountable & does not take responsibility for poor quality products (ex - wood for a hot tub is not pressure treated, which seems like hot tub 101) or for their extremely poor customer service.

When the pool was originally installed, the inlet and outlet lines were hooked up backwards. This caused the pool to sit for weeks without being able to run the pump. It cost us hundreds of dollars in extra chemicals to get the water cleared and stains off the liner once they finally came back and hooked it up correctly. The sand under the liner has huge divots in it that trap leaves and debris that our vacuum will not catch. The pavers that were thrown down on the ground for the pool equipment to sit on were all out of level, un-even, and looked horrible causing the pool equipment to be WAY out of level. Our heater and pump were placed backwards which left no access to the electrical cabinet of the heater to be able to wire it, which was also a code violation for electrical clearances. I had to redo the whole set up myself to correct it. The heater has also leaked so bad since new that it drops our water level over an inch a week. I recently scheduled service for the heater because it would not run and was invoiced $375 for the service call. Their tech was onsite for maybe 15 minutes. I called to complain about this invoice thinking that with all the issues we have had that they would credit this invoice for our troubles. The customer service I received on this call was the worst I have ever experienced. The young man that answered the phone sounded like a 18-21 year old kid. After getting no where with him I asked for his supervisor. He said he was the supervisor. I then asked for the owner of the company and he claimed to be the owner of the company also. I responded with "I highly doubt you're the owner of the company," and his response was "bet?" Whatever that means. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Installing a pool should be an exciting experience but with Pleasure Pools and Spas it's nothing short of miserable.

My aunt and I were hungry though so we shared it. It was DEFINITELY not worth $20. I asked for the house sparkling wine and didn't think to ask how much it was. I had paid for one at the bar earlier, and that was just $5.25. But at the sports book bar, it was $15!!!
