Had me waiting 20 minutes for my important medication appointment that I already rescheduled because they still hadn't gotten my results back and they didn't tell me until I called them when I was literally in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly but it's hard for them to keep the good ones because I've heard they don't pay well. If you need mental health, they're better than nothing and much better than the place I'm going to know. At least this Centerstone cares about their patients. I was going there 6 6eas for my anxiety meda tha5 I have to have i am disabled. They automatically cut everyine off to my knowledge. Its not right I cant fuuction in life without them my anxiety and panic attacks are crippling! And as im searching around for new doctors. No one is helping. Its an absolute shame! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I could never recommend this place for 2 reasons. 1. I began coming to Centerstone to be treated for severe social anxiety. I told my doctor multiple times I cannot take any medication that is sedating for the fact I have a 7 year old and at the time a 4 month old. We tried a few things that didn't work and then she put me on a new one. She assured me it might make me drowsy but nothing crazy. I asked if I should start with a half dose just to be safe, she turned that down and said to take the full dose. I took the medication at 5pm on a Friday and by 5:45pm I was completely out. Thankfully my husband was home and was able to care for the kids. Unfortunately he had to work Saturday and figured I would be fine. He fed our baby before he left for work. At 11 am I was woken up by our 7 year old thinking I was dead because the baby was screaming and I wouldn't move. That was almost 18 hours I was completely out! It took me 3 days to fully recover from this medication when she told me I would just be drowsy. Reason 2. Like I said I was being treated for severe social anxiety social anxiety. In order for them to treat me they said I had to do therapy. I had to reschedule a therapy appointment because the few days prior I was having extreme panic attacks and I didn't think it was a good decision to go. They then proceeded to cancel my next med appointment and sent me a letter stating I had to complete 2 hour peer classes for them to be able to continue to treatment. Been going to centerstone for over 20 years 3 months ago you tell me you're going to take me off my medicines with I've been on for over 20 years and yes I take one low dose Klonopin tonight you want to change all my meds well I'm sick it's a dog sitting here not being on my medications you're probably made me quit Prozac Klonopin and gabapentin so I'm here to tell you you do have withdrawals you do have emotional distress and you do need your medication so what upset me is you continue to tell people they're not going to have withdrawals and the only two doctors there have talked to on the TV from different state so I don't know what's going on but I'm very upset and I do not feel well. I would give them no stars if I could. I have been going to CenterStone for at least 6 years. They used to be really good but since they have new management and providers. I have a big problem with my provider. I call for a medication change etc, and the new provider doesn't return my calls about medication I take everyday. I have waited 4 days and nothing. This is the third time this has happened with the new provider {which she is a telehealth provider. They don't give you the choice to have a provider in office also. I made my issues known to the office manager and was of course made out to be the one in the wrong. I highly recommend not going here. read more

Take my daughter for adhd. When they lost the Doc. we went to a Nurse Practitioner took over. What a disaster. She wouldn't listen to me at all and refused to increase my childs meds. Consequently my child is suffering in school and her behavior is difficult as well. This has been going on for months so finally I took her to another doctor, however they new provider could not give her meds until they finished evaluating so the earliest appt. was a month away. So I called Centerstone and asked for one last refill since we were down to about 5 pills at this point and the Nurse practitioner refused to refill because I left centerston.
