The only negative is that they didn't ask us to have the gas shut off before their visit (we didn't know a gas line was in their way). They came out, raised the building a few inches and then had to return to finish when we arranged with the city to have the gas shut off. Our cottage had a huge 5 1/4 inch slope in the back corner which caused a HUGE dip/slant from the bedroom to the bathroom. It's now repaired. The leveling caused some cracking in the drywall which was expected. We can now move forward and finish the work we need done on the inside. The crew was great, very polite and cleaned up well after their work. They drilled into our concrete pebbled patio but filled it in and did a good job to "match' the finish on our concrete. Attaching a photo of the fill in work--you can see it has been repaired but it's not an issue for us.

He sent me his report and the estimate of what it would cost. Before beginning the work, Marcos, the operations manager came by, to answer specific questions about the process and what would happen the day of. He explained everything I wasn't sure of, and let me know to reach out, if I had additional questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I also spoke to Kristen and Yvette, who were helpful with the scheduling and any info still needed. The days of the actual pier digging and installation, the crew arrived on time and were very professional. They taped all the walls and cleaned up everything inside and outside, when done.
