He even offered to show me the part that went bad when I asked about the life expectancy of these pumps, since we have paid for repair and replacement about every 3-4 years. You just have to know that these systems need regular maintenance and being that they run 24/7, parts go bad. In this case, a rubber flap called a diaphragm.

I recently had a scheduled quarterly inspection from another company on a Friday. I won't go into details except to say the aerobic system was not functioning correctly and there was a risk of waste coming back into my house. That is a scary situation. :-O The company told me they couldn't do anything until the following Monday, and because of several personal issues checking into a hotel for the weekend was not an option. After calling over a dozen companies well zero success and no options for any type of resolution, Orlando called me back right at COB. I explained the situation and my concerns to him (e.g., definitely the need to at least flush a toilet over the weekend). Orlando was very attentive to my needs and went absolutely above and beyond what any small business owner would normally be willing to do. He voluntarily came to my property and did a small "fix" to at least get me through the weekend until the system could be repaired. And he did it out of the kindness of his heart (no charge). Turns out we're actually almost neighbors. Sooooooo, on a Friday after business hours, after working a long full week, Orlando literally saved me both from possible hazardous waste flooding my house and the unnecessary additional anxiety that frankly I can't currently handle. Jim Ward said, yes that may be the problem, but 1st drain the septic tank & suction the laterals then monitor things. Everything was cleaned, but the wet spot returned. Fairly new to our home (less than a year) and not knowing about septics we provided the specs that were probably not the most recent. We started noticing a puddle accumulating it turns out there was another line from the kitchen/laundry that was attached further down the main. We called Tyler and his response was... I hooked up to the main as I was so supposed to it's not my problem that you had another line. We called him several times and offered to pay if he truly thought he was at no blame. He got out of control and was very unprofessional. You could hear him yelling out of the phone. We asked if he tested all the water outputs. He was very defensive and again repeated that he hooked up to the main. We mentioned we were going to get legal advice of course that made him worse and threatened he would get his lawyers and make us pay for his time. We learned our lesson as we are part to blame. Do your research and make sure to turn on ALL water faucets in your home before job is "complete". We were finally able to save $$$ to fix the issue and a year later were good!!! **I posted review on Google and there is now a response.. which now we are liars and making up stories. Needed my septic pumped & called Bulldog after finding their company on Yelp. I read a negative…read morepost about them charging more from the phone quote to the in-person price because they had to dig septic tank cover off. I clearly described access to my tank and they were able to quote the same over the telephone & in-person price. I found the 2 techs friendly & they provided good info on system maintenance. They neatly put back the little bit of grass around the tank lid they had to remove to access the lid. Also...I would ignore that other guy with the negative review about price change. If your tank lid is buried, & significant effort has to go into just accessing the lid before any pump out work can be done & you don't tell Bulldog that, then charging more for the time & to dig it out is reasonable. I will use Bulldog for my future septic pump out needs.

I had my septic tank pumped. They did a good job, but they severely under-quoted me how much it…read morewould cost. I was quoted $425 plus a "possible $100 digging charge if they have to dig more than 12 inches down". So my family and I went out there and dug out one whole opening, about 11" down. Turns out they need 2 openings, plus they changed their digging charge policy. According to the receptionist, the policy just changed to "If they have to dig at all, it's $100". So just be aware. $100 to dig a few scoops of dirt SEEMS high to me, but what do I know. My average sized home has a 1,250 gal. tank, and apparently such a tank can hold 1500 gallons, because they charged me $150 more for 500 extra gallons pumped. So all in all, I paid $675 when I expected to pay $425. A bit of a sticker shock. Would I recommend them? Maybe, but just know that they under-quote you. I paid over 50% more than I expected. You WILL have to add the $100 digging fee, and unless you're living in a 1 bedroom trailer, your tank will be more than the $425 standard fee for "up to 1,000 gallons". I'm not going to be ridiculous and give them 1 star or some nonsense. They get 3 stars. They did a good job on the pumping. But I honestly think the owner(s) have a lot to learn about business, customer service, and human psychology. Who likes to pay more than they expected? If you need more than $425 for a pumping, just raise your price. But don't play games. $100 for a bit of digging is ridiculous. Don't hold out hope a person can escape that massive charge, if you want that $100 every time you come out. Just be up-front about how much you want for your service.

I was going the speed limit and 5 above and the JMA driver was so close to me and accelerating recklessly and swerved suddenly to the left a couple times (I think to see if they could pass me on RR12, which is a one lane street and would be so dangerous) and I was honestly afraid the entire time I was in front of this driver. I had two toddlers in the car and am 9 months pregnant and was just having such a bad feeling that I have not experienced on the road in a very, very long time, maybe ever. The company should know one of their employees is driving dangerously in a JMA vehicle.
