I took my Toyota Highlander in for a brake check and a checkup for a trip to Colorado. The brakes were fine, the grinding noise I heard was the ABS kicking in, and the car is good to go. After waiting over 2 hourt they did not do recall, blamed scheduling software which was a lie, then said they didn't know which model car I had- another lie, I bought it there and am in their system.
