I had my car leaking oil from bottom, with red check engine light, I went to another mechanic out side, when I observed this problem (I was outside the city at that time). That guy told me it would take $500 to fix it & get the check engine off. Donny fixed it & charged me $50 bucks. Many times, when I feel 'this repair probably would cost a big money', Donny fixes quick & doesn't even charge any money (if they are quick fixes of 5-10 minutes) or charges way lesser than what my expectation is (as said, he is very honest). He is very knowledgeable in his field (worked as service manager for a dealership for 10+ years). He identifies the problem way quicker than anyone else I saw so far & charges only for his lesser time, so his cost is cheaper than others. Also he doesn't upsell & does exactly what's needed for the problem to be solved. I will give 10 stars out of 5 to Donny. He's an example of how one should do business honestly. Never found a mechanic like this in 10 years of my US stay. Another plus here is the full service gas station, which is priced on par with other local gas stations (which are self service though). I always get my gas filled here (with the luxury of without getting down in the cold weather).

My Honda Civic went over the 110K mile mark, which meant it was time for a timing belt. This was exactly the answer I should have gotten from everywhere, but didn't. They gave me a rough estimate and scheduled the work for 2 days later. When I dropped off the car, they said they'd check things out and call with the exact price before starting any work. And they did just that. The work was done by mid-afternoon, and since I couldn't pick up the car until after they closed, they took my credit card over the phone and locked the keys and receipt in the car, after checking to make sure I had another key with me. Great, prompt service, and I was treated well. They answered all of my questions, expanding on details when I wanted clarification. I'll definitely use them for service in the future.

This mechanic is great at diagnosing problems (which can save you money) and fast at fixing them (which will save you money). On top of all that, Park Street Garage seems to put taking care of people at the top of their list of priorities. They're a local business, they're genuinely interested in helping people, and they do it at a fair price. I have referred several coworkers to them, and every one has come out smiling. I can't say enough good things about this business.
