I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.

It's a small laundromat but the employees are nice and helpful. You don't have to worry about leaving your stuff and coming back and it's gone. The equipment is definitely outdated but like I said it works. There are no tvs or anything like some of the newer laundromats. Dryers are $.25 for every six minutes which I guess is about right. No complaints here!
