I learned of the Reactive Rover doggy school which was a drop off, 8 course program. We dropped Pepper off for half a day approximately two times a week. Prior to beginning the course, we did an in-depth interview with Stephanie to go over our concerns and Peppers needs. We were given a packet of exercises and after each class were instructed on what to work on at home. We also had two in home lessons once drop off classes were complete. This training made a huge difference for us as a family. It helped us all gain confidence, helped us manage expectations, gave us patience and some great tools which we still use to this day. Pepper has come a long way from where she started and we're so glad we did the reactive rover school at Two Paws Up. Definitely worth the money for us! We also took both of our dogs to a nose work class lead by Stephanie following reactive rover school. The set up really catered to reactive dogs as each dog was crated and only taken out for their turn. It was a fun class and both our dogs really enjoyed it. Two Paws Up facility is really nice, it's large and clean. They offer a variety of classes and times. Its been a while since we've been back but hoping to enroll again soon.

Our trainer absolutely adored every dog I saw them with. These dogs are there to get trained, not pampered. Anyway, when you come to pick up your dog after the 3 weeks, you get 3 one on one lessons to schedule. The first one is that day, and it can be a little overwhelming, but if you have any questions they are receptive to any phone calls. Speaking of the phone- As this is a training facility, they aren't always able to answer right away, but they do call back within a few hours. Another person said there dog was so upset it had cage wire stuck its mouth from trying to get out of the small cage it was in. They think they are the best and they suck! My dog was a nervous wreck there and is so calm otherwise. Stay away from there, I feel so bad for the dogs, they look so sad. The police men were kind to their dogs when they came in, but that's it.

I was charged a 10$ fee for special care due to my puppy not allowing himself to be groomed in the face area. Happy to know that she now works for Tracy's and booked an appointment right away with ease. No waiting for weeks. My husband said that Koda was so happy to see Angela!! I left my pets here expecting great care per reviews but was very disappointed…read more I received a call that my one pet would not put weight on his hind leg the night before I was to pick them up. It was the same the next morning, so I took him to emergency care since my vet didn't have any open appointments. I noticed he had several burrs, the painful kind in his tail and fur. The vet found burrs in his ears and after Knocking him out and X-rays we were told nothing was wrong that they could see except a little swelling in his hindquarters. The next day he was back to running around his yard and gas been the same since. My vet bill was astronomical, and no-one has called to see how he is. And I paid extra for walks where ge picked up these burrs.

Believe me, I called over 10 in my area and the earliest I could book was end of September. Hubby new someone and recommended Nico. Nico was so accommodating that he stopped by our house to cut our fur baby's nails and trim his paw hair the same day we called him. His van inside and out are immaculate by this Infection Preventionist's high standards. Nico was very gentle with our super finicky Koda. We even got a free bow tie of our choosing for Koda. Highly recommend his services.

Although he was not able to get the mats completely out due to the severity, he recommended a couple of spots for us to take our pup. Jax still looked much better than when I dropped him off and smelled amazing!!! He gave us a discount for driving to him and fit us in the same day!
