Since the practice was taken over by new veterinarians it has gone completely downhill. My dog has…read morebeen having issues with eating and has lost significant weight. I have been attempting to contact them for days leaving voicemails and texting them without a response. I am going to have to take my dog to another vet for an emergency visit due to the lack of response. The unprofessionalism is outrageous. I also had my other dog's tumors removed and during a follow up appointment they one of the stitches and accidentally left them on.

This vet is an absolute SCAM. Do NOT bring your pet to this so called "vet" if you're looking for…read moreone! First of all, they will scam you into services your pet does not need. Following the doctors initial exam, he will leave the room, send in a vet assistant a half hour later with an itemized bill for a host of services and labs you do not need and did not come for. THEN they will negotiate the price for you as the vet assistant leaves and comes back to the room several times to negotiate down with the doctor. The process is hours long and painful. As if that's not bad enough, I was denied a copy of my pets prescription for food that he was prescribed BY THEM and was all out of - because they wanted him back in for another visit before they would give me a copy of the prescription!! And I told them he was out of food and needed it! Unreal. What if he gets sick? They do NOT care about your pets and exist solely to make money off of you! Be warned. I have reported this vet and will be following up.

I can't recommend Nancy at Know Your Dog Training highly enough…read more After doing extensive research to find the right trainer, I'm so glad I found Nancy. From the beginning it was clear that she has a deep understanding of dogs and brings a calm, confident, and professional approach to everything she does. My dog Kane completed a training program with her, and I was extremely impressed with the experience and the results. Nancy takes the time to truly understand each dog and provides the kind of structure, guidance, and consistency that helps dogs thrive. Since then, Nancy has also become my trusted go-to whenever I travel. Knowing Kane is in her care gives me tremendous peace of mind. He always comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. What really sets Nancy apart is the level of attention and personalization she provides. This isn't a typical boarding situation -- she genuinely gets to know the dogs she works with and creates a thoughtful, structured environment for them. Nancy is trustworthy, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. I'm very grateful I found her and would recommend Know Your Dog Training without hesitation to anyone looking for a skilled trainer or a safe, reliable place for their dog while they're away.

Nancy was referred to me by another trusted dog trainer I worked with in the city, and I'm so glad…read moreshe was. Having a city dog isn't easy -- our 4-year-old Wheaten Terrier (female) has tons of energy, a stubborn streak, and some anxiety and reactivity issues around other dogs. We were looking for help with leash training and overall confidence, and Nancy was the perfect fit. From the very first interaction, Nancy was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She clearly loves what she does and cares deeply about every dog she works with. I enrolled our pup in a month-long board-and-train program while I was getting married, and Nancy made the experience completely stress-free. She stayed in constant communication, sending regular updates, photos, and videos that showed the progress and the specific behaviors being worked on -- plus advice for us as owners to reinforce at home. When our dog came back, the difference was night and day. She's calmer, more responsive, and walks beautifully on a leash with far fewer distractions. Her reactivity around other dogs has improved dramatically, and she seems much more confident overall. Even after the program ended, Nancy went above and beyond -- she included additional follow-up lessons at no cost and still checks in to see how things are going. Her board-and-train setup is amazing too: the dogs aren't kept in kennels but get to enjoy the outdoors, sunshine, and plenty of attention and enrichment. I can't recommend Know Your Dog and Nancy enough for anyone looking for dog training, board-and-train programs, or boarding with a personal touch. Nancy truly changed our dog's behavior -- and our lives -- for the better.

We brought her up here and used two different trainers (one in Texas) before we found Felix. His method and compassion for training seemed to transform Sara from a crazy hyper dog who would run away off leash to a well behaved dog who loves to run around the yard now without any incidents, off leash. Once we solve the cat / dog issues in the house, there will be peace again. Thank you Felix.

Okay so. Taking Nala to her new trainer/sitter for my trip was ABSOLUTE HELL…read more With her history, I expected a bit of a challenge but nothing like what happened. Please keep in mind we've been through 2 trainers that wanted absolutely nothing to do with her. Also recommended euthanasia. Also, no one would board her. No one. I had to put on my horse boots so I could get a better grip on the ground because she was pulling so hard to either go after him, or me pulling he towards the house and let me tell you- Mastiffs are strong. And I work with horses. Lol. She HATED her new trainer. Barked aggressively at him and threatened him. Felix Rosado was un-phased and calm. It took a lot of logistics and strength to get her into his house and in a crate (I had to do it because she was definitely going to bite him with me around) Felix again, unphased. Almost an hour long drop off. A lot of drama. I admit, I cried in the car afterwards. Then I was thinking....WTF. How is he going to handle her or get near her?! She wanted to eat him. Felix's references put my mind at ease and I did my best not to think about it. This is my baby. I stress. Nope. For once, I felt comfortable. I found someone with the balls to work with her. I respect the shit out of anyone willing to risk an attack to wrk with a misunderstood, aggressive dog. He's obviously very passionate about what he does. That in itself speaks volumes. Not only did Felix keep in touch with me throughout her stay with updates (I call them "PupDates"), he sent me a video of him scratching her, giving massages that same night Nala was putty in his hands. I picked her up today, she didn't give a shit about me. Loved him. LMAO. I came home from my trip with a very happy dog that made a new friend/trainer. I look forward to working more with them both because they're a great couple. I'm so happy and relieved. Thank you Felix Rosado!
